摘要
随着信息和互联网技术的快速发展,电子商务在国际贸易中的应用日趋广泛,它
将传统贸易活动的各个环节信息化、网络化、电子化,给企业带来了无限商机。随着
电子商务的全球化,跨境电商正日趋成为中国发展对外贸易的重要趋势,改变了传统
的国际贸易格局。给中国实体经济和外贸经济带来一片新气象,跨境电商也将在战略
性新兴产业发展中成为中国经济新的增长点

在全球穆斯林人口的快速增长与经济全球化的背景下,清真产品巨大的市场规模
与不断完善的产业链给生产企业带来了机遇与挑战。在对全球主要清真产品市场分析
的基础上,本文指出了一个关键领域是穆斯林和非穆斯林消费者寻求更多元化的获得
清真认证的产品。一方面不断增长的穆斯林人口扩大了清真市场,另一方面非穆斯林
消费者基于道德和安全等因素扩大了清真产品在新兴市场的份额。与此同时,在主要
穆斯林国家国民收入增长的背景下,消费者对于清真产品差异化的需求仍未得到满
足,清真产品认证体系的“碎片化”与全球清真产品统一标准的缺失都制约着清真产
品全球产业链与贸易体系的形成和发展

随着国家“向西开放”、“丝绸之路经济带”等宏伟战略的实施,清真市场商机
成为了世界各国竞相追逐开拓的目标。清真产业发展也越来越受学术界关注,本文通
过对清真产品的概念、清真国际认证等文献梳理, 并将H—O模型,虚拟价值链理论、
技术创新理论,交易成本理论及集聚效应理论作为研究清真跨境电商的理论支撑。微
观角度切入对清真跨境电商企业A公司的发展进行SWOT分析,分别对其优势、劣势、
机会及威胁一一阐述。在上文研究的基础上,分别提出一般性对策、基于中小清真企
业瓶颈的对策以及清真跨境电商企业A公司的建议与对策。微观角度的研究和多学科
视角的探讨提出今后进一步研究和探讨的方向,总结当前研究的特点及存在的不足,
为清真产品市场发展未来研究提供方向和基础

近几年,我国跨境电商的交易量保持不断增长的惊人趋势,为企业带来的利好逐
渐显现,国家已经意识到跨境电商的巨大潜力,并出台相关政策加以扶持。2015年习II
近平在互联网大会上指出实施网络强国战略,大力支持跨境电商。一系列举措都意味
着我们已经迎来了跨境电商崭新的“黄金时代”。这种“互联网+外贸”新模式,为
外贸发展提供了新支撑,极大地促进了资源的优化配置以及各个国家相关贸易产业的
快速发展

Study on the Development Strategy of The A Company of
Halal Cross - border E-commerce
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and Internet,e-commerce has
been widely used in international trade.E-commerce not only provides more information,
network advantages and electronic network to every single process to the traditional
business activities,but also brings infinite business opportunities or many companies. As a
result of the electronic commerce globalization , cross-border e-commerce business
becomes more and more important in Chinese global trade development and has changed
the traditional patterns of world tradepared with the traditional trade,the fact is that
cross-border electricity shortened many processes from wholesale to retail,effectively
reduced the cost of business.It brings a fresh look to Chinese real economy and foreign
trade economy. Cross-border business will also trigger the new economic growing in
Chinese development of the new industry.
In the context of the rapid growth of the global Muslim population and the
globalization of the economy, the huge market size of halal products and the continuous
improvement of the industrial chain have brought opportunities and challenges to the
production enterprises. Based on the analysis of the world&39;s major halal products, this
paper points out that a key area is the search for more Muslim and non-Muslim consumers
to obtain halal products. On the one hand, the growing Muslim population has expanded
the halal market, and on the other hand, non-Muslim consumers have expanded the share
of halal products in emerging markets based on moral and security factors. At the same
time, in the context of the growth of the national income of the major Muslim countries,
the demand for the differentiation of the halal products remains unfulfilled, and the
fragmentation of the halal product certification system and the absence of a unified
standard for global halal products Product global industry chain and the formation and
development of trade system.
With the country open to the west, Silk Road Economic Zone and other grand
strategy implementation, halal market opportunities to become the world competing to
pursue the goal. The development of halal industry is more and more concerned byIV
academia. This paper combs the concepts of halal products and halal international
certification, and combines H-O model, virtual value chain theory, technological
innovation theory, transaction cost theory and agglomeration effect theory. As a theoretical
support for cross-border electricity business. Micro-angle cut into the halal cross-border
electricity business enterprise Aladdin Street SWOT analysis, respectively, its advantages,
disadvantages, opportunities and threats one by one. On the basis of the above research, we
put forward the general countermeasure, the countermeasure against the bottleneck of the
freshenity of the electricity and the countermeasure and the countermeasure of the halal
enterprise. Micro-angle research and multi-disciplinary perspective of the future to further
study and explore the direction of the current study of the characteristics and the existing
shortcomings for the development of the halal product market to provide future direction
and basis.

realized the huge potential of cross-border electricity providers, and the introduction of

business golden age. This new model of Internet + foreign trade provides new support
for foreign trade development, which greatly promoted the optimal allocation of resources
and the rapid development of related trade industries in various countries.
