文中先对化工检修的特点进行了概述,在查阅了相关资料以及结合自己的
经验,对项目管理、化工检修项目以及网络计划法在国内国外的发展情况和现
状做出简要叙述,依据 PERT/CPM 的相关理论方法,考虑到化工检修项目的特性,
确定化工检修项目计划工作中应用网络计划法的步骤,并建立出合适的规划求
解模型。之后,以某大型化工企业的一次检修计划工作为实例,详细的描述了
在化工检修项目计划工作中应用网络计划法的步骤,以及相应规划求解模型的
建立,还有利用 MATLAB 软件进行计算的过程。最后做出总结

1The application of network planning method in the chemical overhaul
project management
Abstract
Chemical production has many special characters, which keep Steady
running of production equipment important for chemical production. In
many occasions, because of running of the equipment or devices, it is
difficult to diagnose what was wrong, or even the fault was found,
there is no chance to solve the problem. Only in shutdown and
overhaul it could be solved. At this point, chemical equipment
overhaul is the only way to settle major failure or safety
hazardwork planning method is an advanced planning management
method, which could be used to solve a wide variety of problems in
engineering and management. It could be more efficient when network
planning technique is used in chemical equipment overhaul project.
In this paper, it is an overview of the characters of the chemical
equipment overhauls first, then access to relevant literature and
work experience, it gives a description about the development and
current state of project management, chemical equipment overhaul and
network planning method inland or abroad, after that, according to
PERT/CPM theory and method, in consideration of characters of the
chemical equipment overhauls, it determines the procedures to proceed
chemical equipment overhaul project work by network planning method,
and relevant linear programming solution model is established as well.
Later it takes an overhaul planning work in a large chemical
enterprise as an example, describe in detail how to proceed chemical
equipment overhaul project work by network planning method in case,
and how to establish the relevant linear programming solution model
and calculate it by MATLAB.In the end, it is a summarize of the paper.
