展战略十分必要

本文主要通过对苏州市农业担保有限公司的市场背景、发展历程的回顾分析，结
合苏州市农业担保有限公司担保业务发展的现状和存在的问题分析，研究苏州市农业
担保有限公司的担保业务发展战略。本文以担保理论、信息不对称理论和企业战略理
论为理论依据，使用规范分析法、文献研究法、对比分析法和矩阵分析法四种分析方
法以及 PEST 分析和 SWOT 分析两种分析工具，对苏州市农业担保有限公司的担保
业务的发展特点进行分析，结合担保业务发展的环境，参考公司担保业务的发展愿景，

The guarantee company is an important link between the loan enterprise and the bank,
the position in finance is very important. With the rapid development of the global
economy, the guarantee industry in China has also entered a stage of rapid development. In
this context, Suzhou Agricultural Guarantee co., Ltd. has seized the opportunity to develop
rapidly and become a famous guarantee company in Jiangsu Province through eleven
years&39; efforts. In the face of increasingly fierce competition in security market, as one of
the few state-owned guarantee company in Suzhou, Suzhou Agricultural Guarantee co.,
Ltd. of the business operating model compared with the general guarantee company has its
distinctive features, these features will guarantee business development have a huge impact
on the company, therefore, study of Suzhou Agricultural Guarantee co., Ltd. It is necessary
to guarantee business development strategy.
This article mainly through to the Suzhou Agricultural Guarantee co., Ltd., the market
background, development course of retrospective analysis, combined with Suzhou
Agricultural Guarantee co., Ltd., guarantee business development situation and existing
problems of analysis and research of Suzhou Agricultural Guarantee co., Ltd., the
guarantee business development strategy. Based on guarantee theory, asymmetric
information theory and enterprise strategic theory as the theoretical basis, using standard
analysis, literature research, comparative analysis and matrix analysis, the four methods of
analysis and PEST analysis and SWOT analysis of two kinds of analysis tools, for Suzhou
Agricultural Guarantee co., Ltd., is analyzed, the development characteristic of guarantee
business combination of guarantee business development environment, refer to the
development of the company guarantee business vision, determine suitable for Suzhou
Agricultural Guarantee co., Ltd., guarantee business development direction, finally
according to the strategic development direction, formulate corresponding guarantee
