摘要
物流业作为国家战略产业,物流业的快速发展与国民经济增长有着密
不可分的关系。但同时物流业也是能源消耗量非常高的产业,因此研究物
流业的能源效率问题,不仅关系到物流业整体运营效率的提高,同时对国
家节能减排工作也有着重大意义

本文主要研宄两个问题:一是我国省域物流业的全要素能源效率评
价,二是有关其影响因素研究。首先,论文对相关概念进行界定,并提出
了本文依据的基础理论与方法,并且对国内外相关文献研究成果进行综
述;其次,提出了本文的评价模型,DEA-BCC模型和DEA-Malmquist
模型,建立全要素能源效率评价指标体系,利用我国30个省、市、自治
区(西藏、港澳台除外)的统计面板数据,测算出2005-2014年间我国省
域物流业的全要素能源效率,分别进行静态效率差异比较和动态效率趋势
变化分析;再次,依据本文评价结果对造成该结果可能的五个理论影响因
素提出预期影响假设,通过实证进行验证;最后,根据对五个影响因素的
实证结果分析提出与之相对应的五个相关建议

研宄结果表明:(1)我国物流业的静态全要素能源效率整体水平并不
高,全国平均值仅在0.6-0.7之间;另外从区域划分来看,我国物流业静
态全要素能源效率表现出由东部向中、西部逐渐递减的趋势;(2)我国物

流业动态全要素能源效率总体表现为增长趋势,从Malmquist分解指数来
看,这主要是由于技术进步提高的原因;从区域划分来看,西部物流业全
要素能源效率的涨幅最大,东部次之,中部地区反而表现出下降的趋势;
(3)关于物流业全要素能源效率的影响因素研宄结果表明,产业结构、
政府干预程度这两个因素对物流业全要素能源效率有负向影响作用;而市
场化程度、对外开放水平和基础设施建设水平这三个因素对物流业全要素
能源效率有正向影响作用

RESEARCH ON TOTAL FACTOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY
EVALUATION AND INFLUENCE OF PROVINCIAL
LOGISTICS INDUSTRY IN CHINA
ABSTRACT
Logistics industry as a national strategic industry, the rapid development
of the logistics industry and national economic growth are inextricably linked.
At the same time the logistics industry is also a very high energy consumption
industry, Therefore, the research of the logistics industry&39;s energy efficiency,
not only related to total efficiency of the logistics industry to improve, while
the national energy-saving emission reduction work is also of great
significance.
This paper focuses on two issues, total factor energy efficiency
evaluation of provincial logistics industry in China and influence factors that
result of total factor energy efficiency measure. First of all, the paper
introduces the definition of the basic concepts, the basic theory and methods,
and the combing of the current situation of the whole factor energy efficiency
of the logistics industry in domestic and overseas. Secondly, based on the
DEA-BCC model and the DEA-Malmquist model, this paper establishes total
factor energy efficiency evaluation index system, and uses statistical panel
date of the 30 provinces in China. The total factor energy efficiency of
provincial logistics industry in China from 2005 to 2014 is measured, and the
comparison of static efficiency difference and dynamic efficiency trend are
analyzed respectively. Thirdly, according to the evaluation results of the total
energy efficiency of the regional logistics industry in China, the possible

theoretical factors influencing the results are analyzed. Then, the statistical
panel data of these influence factors are taken as independent variables and the
results of the total factor energy efficiency as the dependent variables, the
regression model was constructed to analyze them by regression. Finally,
according to the analysis results of the influence factors the energy efficiency
of the provincial logistics industry in China, this paper puts forward some
scientific and effective suggestions.
The results show that: (l)Static total energy efficiency of provincial
logistics industry in China is not high, the countrywide average is only
between 0.6-0.7; From the standpoint of regional division, static total energy
efficiency of provincial logistics industry in China shows that the eastern part
of the gradual decline in the trend of the west. (2) Dynamic total energy
efficiency of provincial logistics industry in China is trend of growth. From
the Malmquist decomposition index, this is mainly due to the improvement of
technological progress. From the standpoint of regional division, the growth
that total of energy efficiency of provincial logistics industry in China of the
western region is largest, followed by the eastern, the central region but
showed a downward trend. (3) The influence factors of total factors energy
efficiency of provincial logistics industry in China, the industrial structure and
the degree of government intervention have a negative effect on the energy
efficiency of provincial logistics industry; and the degree of marketization, the
level of opening to the outside world and the level of infrastructure
construction have a positive effect on the energy efficiency of provincial
logistics industry.
