摘要
世界经济的快速发展,使得国际市场的竞争变得更加的激烈,我国的发电企业同样需要在这样
的市场当中立足,就应当学会如何抓住发展的机遇、降低所面临的风险,拓宽业务范围,占据更多
的市场份额,这样才能够保证企业在国际市场中占据一席之地。而在发电企业发展的过程中,首先
需要政府以及相关的部门的支持,同时企业自身需要不断增强竞争力,从根本上保证企业能够快速、
平稳地发展。基于这种情况,本文将以红雁池电厂为例,对于电力企业的竞争力提升问题进行分析
研究,根据实际问题提出相应的解决方案

研究运用所学 MBA 理论知识,深入分析了红雁池电厂的竞争力。首先,通过对红雁池的发展现
状分析,总结了其在市场竞争力方面存在的问题及不足;其次,重点从表现层、制度层和核心文化
层就红雁池电厂竞争力的培育和提升途径问题展开探究;最后,根据研究,就如何提升红雁池电厂
的企业竞争力,从技术软实力提升、人才队伍建设和企业文化构建等五个层面提出了相关对策和建
议,为推动红雁池企业发展,提升市场竞争力水平提供了一些借鉴和参考

研究主要得出几点结论:其一,红雁池电厂当前发展中存在的一些问题,如内部管理制度不完
善、缺乏企业战略规划、企业资源较为分散等,这些要素都在一定程度上制约了红雁池电厂的竞争
力水平;其二,随着新能源等产业的发展不断成熟,红雁池电厂要想提升自身竞争力水平,还需要
从企业文化、技术升级以及完善内部管理制度等几个方面加以优化,只有这样才能够全方位、多视
角来提升企业的竞争力水平,推动企业健康发展;第三,红雁池电厂竞争力问题的研究结果,对电
力行业中同类型企业同样具指导作用,因为进行技术升级、推动产业转型、完善内部管理机制、加
强核心企业文化的建设等,能够对规范发电行业企业的管理和促进市场发展提供一些借鉴和参考

Abstract
The rapid development of world economy, the international market competition becomes more intense,
power generation enterprises in China also need to be based in this market, you should learn how to seize
the development opportunities, reduce the risk of facing, to broaden the scope of business to occupy more
market share, so as to ensure the enterprise to occupy a space for one person in the world in the market. In
the process of the development of power generation enterprises, the government and the relevant
departments need to support, at the same time, enterprises need to continuously enhance their
competitiveness, to ensure that enterprises can develop rapidly and steadily. Based on this situation, this
paper will take the Hongyanchi farm as an example, the analysis of power to enhance the competitiveness
of enterprises, put forward the corresponding solutions according to the actual problems.
Study on applying the MBA theory, in-depth analysis of the competitiveness of Hongyanchi power
plant. First of all, the development status of Hongyanchi analysis, summarizes the existing problems in the
market competitiveness and insufficient; secondly, the focus from the presentation layer, the system layer
and the core layer of cultural cultivation and ways to improve the competitiveness of power plant
Hongyanchi explored; finally, according to the study on how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises
in Hongyanchi power plant. Enhance the soft power from the perspective of technology and talent team
construction and enterprise culture construction five aspects puts forward relevant countermeasures and
suggestions to promote the development of enterprises to provide some Hongyanchi, reference to enhance
the market competitiveness level.
The main research conclusion is: first, some problems existing in the current development of
Hongyanchi power plant, such as the internal management system is not perfect, the lack of corporate
strategic planning, enterprise resources are more dispersed, these elements are restricted to a certain extent
