商业银行零售业务转型研究
——以 N 银行 SZ 分行为例
中文摘要
本文阐述了商业银行零售业务发展中的重要理论,在界定商业银行零售业务概念
的基础上,总结出零售业务的特点和发展趋势,分析了零售业务发展过程中,论述了
品牌理论、金融创新、客户关系管理和风险管理理论,在零售业务转型发展中的重要
意义,为全文奠定了理论基础

然后,分析和研究了国内商业银行零售业务发展的基本现状以及转型必要性。总
结零售业务中普遍存在的现状:产品同质化严重、组织架构僵化、业务流程不合理、
服务渠道建设不完善、以及客户关系管理技术陈旧和风险管理存在严重滞后等几大问题

在具体分析探讨了 N 银行零售业务发展的现状以及遇到的实践问题后,总结了 N
银行零售业务发展过程中已取得的经验。根据目前大的金融背景下的商业银行零售业
务的实际问题,深入分析了特定银行所面对的具体问题,对制定针对性和可操作性强
的策略,具有十分重要的现实意义

最后,本文以相关理论为基础,结合零售业务转型的成功经验和启示,对 N 银
行 SZ 分行的零售业务提出了切实可行的转型措施:顺应市场发展趋势,找准发展定
位;提高渠道效能;利用数据挖掘技术支持零售业务 IT 系统转型;品牌致胜,打造
市场号召力;建立科学的人力资源管理优化考核导向以及深化风险管理,为国内商业
银行零售业务转型发展提供了重要借鉴

本文以银行从业者的角度,分析了当前国内商业银行零售业务发展中面临的主要
问题,秉持求真务实态度,对 N 银行 SZ 分行零售业务转型发展提出对策。此外,本
文从市场定位、客户关系管理、风险控制等宏观角度分析零售业务现状,着眼于 SZ
分行零售业务转型的具体措施和保障手段,实现了理论分析与实证研究相结合,避免
论文有脱离实际的危险。希望本文能够为国内商业银行零售业务在当前新的经济形势
下的转型和良性发展提供实用借鉴

Abstract
This paper expounds the important theories in the development of the retail business
of commercial bank, on the basis of defining the concept of the retail business of
commercial bank, summed up the characteristics and developing trend of retail business,
analyzes the retail business development process, this paper discusses the brand theory,
financial innovation, customer relationship management and risk management theory, the
important significance in the development of the retail business transformation, laid a
theoretical foundation for the full text.
Then, analysis and research on the basic status quo of domestic commercial bank
retail business development and transformation of necessity. Summarizes the present status
of common in the retail business: serious product homogeneity, unreasonable organization
structure rigidity, business processes, and incomplete service channel construction, and old
customer relationship management (CRM) technology and risk management lags behind
and so on several big problems.
In the concrete analysis discusses the present situation of N bank retail business
development as well as the practical problems, summarizes the bank&39;s retail business
development has been made in the process of experience. According to the current under
the background of big financial retail business of commercial bank&39;s actual problems,
in-depth analysis of the specific bank face the specific problems, to make the strategy with
strong pertinence and operability, has very important practical significance.
Finally, this paper on the basis of relevant theories, combining the successful
experience and revelation of the retail business transformation, the bank of N SZ branch of
the retail business transformation of practical measures are put forward: adapt to the
market development trend, get the development localization; Increase the efficiency of theResearch on the transformation of retail business of commercial banks Abstract

channel; Using data mining technology to support the retail business IT system

Based on the perspective of bankers, this paper analyzes the current domestic
