摘要
伴随经济金融化进程的加速,金融业已经成为我国国民经济发展的重
要力量。但是,近些年来,实体经济与金融业发展的不平衡性有日益加剧
之势,成为制约我国经济增长和区域金融发展的一个重要因素。学术界对
此问题的研究结论并不统一,这就迫切地要求加强对区域金融与实体经济
的关系的实证研究,探究二者之间的关系,本文对青岛市区域金融与实体
经济发展关系的实证研究正是契合了这一现实的需要,以期丰富这一领域
的研究,这对充分发挥区域金融的协调、服务作用,更好地服务实体经济
发展,拉动经济增长有着重要的现实经济意义

本文首先对青岛市区域金融与实体经济发展的现状与问题进行分析,
进而结合2006-2015年的数据,运用单位根检验、协整分析、格兰杰因果
检验和多元回归分析,利用软件Eviews8,测算2006-2015年青岛市区域
金融支持实体经济发展的效率。同时根据测算结果,探讨青岛市区域金融
与实体经济发展之间的内在联系,得出以下主要研究结论:一、青岛市区
域金融发展与实体经济发展效果明显;二、青岛市区域金融和实体经济存
在不平衡发展;三、青岛市区域金融对区域经济有推动作用。最后,并依
据上述结论提出相关的改进建议,这将有助于推动青岛市转变经济发展方
式,实现区域金融与实体经济的快速协调增长

I EMPIRICAL STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF
REGIONAL FINANCE AND ECONOMY IN QINGDAO
ABSTRACT
Owing to the influence of financial economic power and economic
financialization, the financial industry plays an enormous role in promoting
the balanced development of urbanization economy and marketization, and
has become an important factor in the development of the national economy in
our country.However, in recent years, the growing imbalance problem of real
economy and finance development,has become an important factor in the
restricting China&39;s economic growth and regional financial
development.Conclusion the academic research on this issue is not
uniform.This is an urgent requirement to strengthen the relationship between
the empirical research on regional financial and economic entity, to study the
relationship among the two.The empirical study on the relationship between
regional financial and economic development of Qingdao city is fit to this
reality, in order to enrich the research in this field,which has real economic
significance to full play to the role of regional coordination, financial services,
to better serve the real economy, to stimulate economic growth.
Based on this reality, this paper first analyzes the current situation and
problems of the financial support of the real economy in Qingdao city, and
then combines with the data of 2006-2015, using Eviews8, to estimate the
efficiency of the financial support for the real economy in Qingdao city during
the period of 2006-2015.At the same time, according to the survey results,
investigating the relationship between Qingdao regional financial and
economic development entities, and drawing the following conclusions:firstly,
i effect of regional financial development and economic development entity of
Qingdao is obvious; secondly,the regional finance and the real economy of
Qingdao City are not balanced development; thirdly, Qingdao regional finance
has a positive effect on the regional economy. Finally, on the basis of the
above conclusions , puts forward some relevant suggestions for
improvement.This will help to promote the transformation of the mode of
economic development in Qingdao City , to achieve the rapid growth of
regional finance and the real economy.
