选择性注意力对中国汽车企业技术创新的影响研究_MBA毕业论文DOC

摘要
技术创新是经济社会发展的不竭动力,也是行业转型升级和结构优化的根本路径,
更是企业保持竞争优势和活力的源泉。尽管国家投入大量优质资源并出台一系列汽车产
业相关政策,以此加快汽车企业技术创新的步伐,但技术创新产出却始终不尽人意。从
学者的角度出发,已有诸多对中国汽车企业的技术创新制约因素的探究,但仍无法解决
一些技术创新相关的实际问题。由于已有研究视角在解释部分技术创新问题时具有局限
性,且技术创新现象尚未从注意力相关视角展开深入研究,从注意力基础观视角解释企
业的技术创新问题,或许可以找到中国汽车企业普遍无法突破技术创新的关键因素

为了揭开企业选择性注意力与技术创新之间关系及作用机理的“黑箱”,本文以注
意力基础观(ABV)为视角,采用探索性案例研究方法,选取国有-合资企业一汽-大众
和民营企业长城汽车进行对比分析,主要关注三个问题:第一,不同类型选择性注意力
形成的影响因素,丰富了选择性注意力的相关研究成果;第二,影响中国汽车企业技术
创新的关键要素,为技术创新驱动因素的研究提供了新的研究视角,回答旧视角无法解
释的技术创新现实难题;第三,关键要素与技术创新之间的作用机理,阐述了“影响因
素—选择性注意力—技术创新”之间的作用关系,为技术创新的实现提供了理论指导,
即通过关注并合理化分配选择性注意力来支配技术创新行为,进而实现技术创新

研究发现:(1)中国汽车企业的选择性注意力受到组织身份、盈利性、研发能力
以及国家政策的共同影响;(2)不同的选择性注意力是引致各自技术创新投入、方式
及结果的关键因素;(3)一汽-大众形成的是引进型选择性注意力,其技术注意力为车
型引进,并决定了资源行动采取“单一继承型”模式,鲜有技术创新;长城汽车则形成
了自主开发型选择性注意力,从低端到高端延伸,该注意力决定了其资源行动采取“多
元学习型”模式,技术创新也由低端到高端发展。本文的研究结果表明,选择性注意力
引致基于资源行动的创新行为,并进而决定了创新的绩效表现

Study on the Influence of Selective Attention on Technological Innovation
of Chinese Automobile Enterprises
Abstract
Technological innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for economic and social
development as well as the fundamental path of industry’s upgrade and structure optimize. It is
also the source of enterprises’ competitive advantage and vitality. Although our country has
invested a lot of high quality resources and introduced a series of automobile industry-related
policies to speed up the technological innovation pace of automobile enterprises, the output of
technological innovation has always been unsatisfactory. From the perspective of scholars,
there are a variety of study towards Chinese enterprises technical innovation constraints, but
some of the practical problems of technological innovation still cannot be solved. Because of
the limitations in explaining some of the problems of technological innovation from the
existing research perspectives and the phenomenon of technological innovation has not yet
been studied from the perspective of attention, exploring the problem technological innovation
of enterprises from attention-based view may be able to find the key reason why Chinese
automobile companies generally cannot reach technological innovation.
In order to uncover the black box of the relationship and action mechanism between
selective attention and technological innovation, this paper takes attention-based view as
perspective, using exploratory case study approach and choosing joint venture enterprise
FAW-Volkswagen and private enterprise Great Wall Motors for comparative analysis to
mainly concern about three issues: (1) The key influence factors of different types of selective
attention , which enriched the relevant research results of selective attention ; (2) the key
factors influencing the technological innovation of Chinese automobile enterprises, which
provides a new perspective for the research of the driving factors of technological innovation
to answer the technical innovation reality problems which old perspectives cannot explain; (3)
the mechanism between key factors and technological innovation, which expounds the
relationship between influencing factors - selective attention - technological innovation and
provides theoretical guidance for the realization of technological innovation. It is, through the
attention and rational allocation of selective attention to dominate the technical innovation
behavior, then achieve technological innovation.
This paper founds that, (1)The selective attention of Chinese automobile enterprises are
influenced by organizational identity, profitability, R & D capabilities, and national policies.大连理工大学硕士学位论文

(2) Different selective attention is the key factor that leads to the input, the way as well as the
result of technological innovation between the two enterprises. (3) FAW-Volkswagen forms
the introduction selective attention. Its technical attention is the introduction of automobiles
which leas FAW-Volkswagen to take the single inheritance model of resource action with
little technical innovation. However, Great Wall Motors forms the self-development selective
attention and extends its technology level from low to high. This attention decides the multiple
learning model of resource action with its technological innovation level developing from low
to high. The results show that selective attention leads to the innovative behaviors of resource
action, and thus determines the performance of innovation.
