产业。这也是战略性新兴产业之一。衡量一个国家或地区综合经济实力最重要
的一项就是水平技术和产业规模。东南亚国家和地区只有不到十年的时间，在
集成电路中的尖端技术在国际上确立了领先地位，足以使我们深思

本文根据国内外集成电路产业研究情况，从产业结构、产业特点及产业经
营模式三个方面阐述了集成电路产业的情况，分别分析了美国、韩国及日本的
集成电路发展现状，从产业发展阶段和产业区域发展两个方面探讨了中国的集
成电路产业发展现状，并列举了国内外 4 家集成电路知名企业

本文从产业发展现状、产业发展政策及产业发展目标三个方面阐述了南昌
小蓝集成电路产业发展情况，并对小蓝发展集成电路产业进行 SWOT 分析。南
昌小蓝目前已经引进、投资英孚集团、恩智浦半导体公司、北京思比科微电子
有限公司及上海硅通半导体有限公司等国内外知名集成电路企业，并成立了南
芯基金、创东方基金及小蓝创投基金等扶持政策。结合南昌小蓝的具体情况，
通过分析后，提出南昌小蓝集成电路产业发展的策略建议

世界经济形势虽然仍不明朗，但全球集成电路产业发展很有可能呈现周期
性增速回升。未来几年也是南昌集成电路产业发展的重要时间段。充分利好国
家重点发展集成电路产业的大好机遇，发挥产业基金的优势，人力成本的优势，
地理位置优势把集成电路产业建立起来

Abstract
Integrated Circuit industry is the foundation and core of information industry. It
is the most intensive industry of technology, knowledge and capital. It is also a
strategic emerging industry. Its technical level and industrial scale is an important
indicator to measure the comprehensive economic strength of the country or region.
IC industry has been highly valued by governments, which has triggered fierce
competition in the world. Southeast Asian countries and regions only less than ten
years of time, in the integrated circuit the sophisticated technology established the
leading position in the international, enough to cause us to think deeply.
According to the research in domestic and foreign integrated circuit industry, the
situation of Integrated Circuit industry was expounded from the three sides of
industrial structure, industry characteristics and industry business model, the
situations of development of integrated circuits industry of United States, South
Korea and Japan were analyzed separately, and development status of Chinese
integrated circuits industry were explored from the sides of industrial stage of
development and industry regional development, and four 4 the domestic and foreign
well-known integrated circuits companies were listed.
The situations of development of integrated circuits industry of Nanchang
XiaoLan were expounded from the sides of situation of industrial development,
industrial development policy and industrial development goals, and SWOT analysis
of XiaoLan’s developing integrated circuits industry was conducted. Many
