长春丰越公司外购件生产准备管理研究
伴随着国民生活水平的提高，汽车已经走入了千家万户的生活。汽车销量也
是飞速的增长，各种汽车品牌如雨后春笋般出现。消费者对车型的选择也是越
来越多，越来越挑剔，越来越成熟。各大车企逐步意识到竞争的激烈，为了占
据更多市场份额，努力提高整车的性价比。整车的性价比不仅仅与整车厂的生
产相关，更多的是取决于外购件的性价比。而外购件的性价比与外购件的生产
准备管理息息相关。在汽车行业里，生产汽车外购件的生产准备直接决定了整
车厂的生产准备。如果外购件的生产准备延期，会造成整车厂的生产准备延期

外购件的品质也直接决定着整车的质量。在投产前期把外购件的品质管控好，
可以降低在整车批量生产中发生质量问题的几率，可以说整车的质量是由外购
件生产准备工作的质量直接决定的。汽车企业也逐渐意识到外购件生产准备管
理工作的必要性。如果把前期的生产准备管理工作做好，就等于把整车投产后

众说周知，日本丰田汽车在汽车行业里，应该是成本和质量控制最好的公
司。而日本丰田汽车公司对于成本和质量的控制不仅仅是局限在整车的生产过
程中，而是从对外购件的生产准备管理阶段就开始。长春丰越公司作为日本丰
田汽车公司在中国的生产工厂，参照日本丰田汽车公司的模式进行外购件的生
产准备管理。本文首先介绍长春丰越公司外购件生产准备管理现状及在外购件
生产准备管理中存在的问题。通过对外购件生产准备管理存在问题的成因分析，
阐述了长春丰越公司外购件生产准备管理的三个改进方案。并通过强化管理体
制，完善流程标准，加强人才培养的措施保障了三个改进方案的顺利实施。通II
过这些改进方案的实施可以达到降低外购件的生产成本，提高外购件质量的效
果

希望通过对长春丰越公司外购件生产准备管理的研究，能够让其他汽车企
业得到启发和重视，认识到成本和质量的控制不仅仅局限于在批量生产的控制，

Abstract
Research on the Management of Production Preparation for
Purchasing-part in Changchun Fengyue Company
With the improvement of people&39;s living standards, the car has entered the lives
of thousands of households. Car sales are also growing rapidly, a variety of car brands
have sprung up. The choice of consumers is more and more, more and more critical,
more and more mature. The enterprises gradually realize the fierce competition, in
order to occupy more market share, and strive to improve the vehicle performance.
Vehicle price not only with OEM production, depends more on the price-quality ratio.
But the price of purchased parts and purchased parts production management is
closely related to .price-quality ratio .In the automotive industry, production of auto
parts supplier production preparation directly determines the production preparation
of the vehicle plan. If the purchasing-parts production preparation delay, production
preparation of the vehicle factory will delay. The quality of purchasing-part directly
determines the performance of the vehicle, while the purchasing-part of production
quality is closely related to the production preparation, the quality of the production

vehicle production schedules, but also reduce the cost of vehicle development.
Therefore, the management of production preparation for purchasing-part of
automobile factory is extremely important.
As everyone knows, Japan&39;s TOYOTA in the automotive industry, should be
almost do the best on cost and best quality control. The cost and quality control of the
Toyota in Japan is not limited to the production process of the whole vehicle, but
from the production preparation stage of the purchasing-part purchased. ChangchunIV
Fengyue company as a automobile production factory of Toyota in China, the
management of production preparation for purchasing-part is full accordance with the
way of Japanese Toyota Auto Co. This paper first introduces the present situation of
the management of production preparation for purchasing-part and the problems
existing in the management of production preparation for purchasing-part in
Changchun Fengyue company. Through the analysis of the causes of the problems in
the management of the procurement of purchasing-part, this paper expounds the three
improvement schemes for the production preparation management of the
purchasing-part n Changchun Fengyue company. And through strengthening the
management system, improve the process standards, strengthen personnel training
measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the three improvement programs.
By the implementation of these improvements can be achieved the effect that reduce
the cost of purchasing-part, improve the quality of the purchasing-part.
By research on the management of production preparation for purchasing-part in
Changchun FengYue Company, hope to be able to let the other automobile companies
get inspiration and attention. And let they know to control the cost and quality is not
limited in mass production, but from the management of production preparation for
purchasing-part. If they can pay attention to the management of production
preparation for purchasing-part and carefully to do the work about the management of
production preparation for purchasing-part ,they can greatly reduce production cost
and improve the quality in the mass production of the vehicle.
