本文从苏州市众创空间的成立时间、位置、运营主体、场地面积等现状、建设发
展进行分析，并列举半杯水创孵园、众智云集 Z+、苏大天宫孵化器、苏州市悦未来
青年创业公社、创客邦孵化器等苏州具有代表性的众创空间，详细分析了他们的所属
类型、模式等方面
苏州创梦空间依托基层政府以社会化方式运营，虽取得了一定成效，但面对现在
众创空间向质量型和效益型转型的要求，存在联系资源、整合资源的能力不足、缺乏
明确的发展战略等问题。本文利用了战略管理、运营管理的相关理论，采用 SWOT
分析工具，全面分析了苏州创梦空间的内外部发展环境，对自身优缺点进行了全面的
讨论，并将外在经济环境给空间带来的发展机遇及竞争威胁做了详细的介绍。同时，
通过 QSPM 矩阵表分析苏州创梦空间的未来发展战略，得出结论，希望通过多元化/
差异化发展战略，提升竞争优势、加强团队力量、健全融资体系，解决创梦空间的发
展瓶颈，实现可持续运营的作用

Research on the development of Suzhou
Dream Creating Makerspace
Abstract
Recently, the operation mode of makerspace is undergoing changes and it appears a
trend of socialization, visualization, profession and branding as a new social organization.
It is most acceptable in the theoretical and practical progress while makerspace is playing a
main role from government operation to government guide and marketing dominant. Under
such a circumstance, private makerspace is growing rapidly during recent years.
The thesis analyses on the aspects such as founding time, location, operation, and
square area also construction and development. Furthermore, it makes a concrete analysis
on the aspects by types and modes of makerspace. For example, events of a half cup of
water making IncubationPark, Zhong Zhi Gathering, SuzhouuniversityPalace Incubator,
Suzhou Yue Lai Youth Entrepreneurial commune, Chuang Ke Bang Incubator and some
other typical makerspace in Suzhou.
Suzhou Dream Creating Makerspace plays a role as a social operation mode that base
on the Grass-roots Government Department. Although it gets some certain achievement,
Suzhou Dream Creating Makerspace still has difficulties in the situations of deficiency
which come out from linking and integrating social energy and unclear business
development strategy when facing up with the reality that makerspace is required to
change from quality type to efficiency benefit type. The thesis analyses the developing
environment of Suzhou Dream Creating Makerspace in both internal and external fields
with using some related theories of strategy and operation management as well as SWTO
Analysis. The thesis has an overall discussion on the advantages and disadvantages and it
introduces the opportunities and menace those are brought out by external regional
economic environment.At the same time, the thesis analyses the coming development
strategy of Suzhou Dream Creating Makerspace by QSPM matrix table and it comes into
conclusion that we hope Suzhou Dream Creating Makerspace can improve the competitive
edge, strengthen the power of team and consummate the financial system based on the
strategy of diversified cultural difference. Furthermore, Suzhou Dream Creating苏州创梦空间的发展研究 英文摘要
