本文以南京银行为例，探究我国商业银行国际贸易融资业务发展策略。通过分析
南京银行国际贸易融资业务的发展现状，指出南京银行在贸易融资发展上存在的国际
化程度不高、对产品业务的创新能力不足、缺乏完善的内部管理体制和缺少优秀的复
合型融资人才等问题。在借鉴其他商业银行国际贸易融资业务的先进经验的基础上，
探究相应的解决策略。同时明确在国内外市场日益变化的背景下，商业银行都面临着
业务转型的严峻形势。我国商业银行应该充分把握机遇，加大贸易融资领域的开拓创
新，最大限度地获取中间业务收入和融资效益，有效防范和控制融资风险，才能全面
提升银行的实力，将自身价值最大化

Study by International Trade Financing Business
Developing Strategy of Commercial banks in China
--based on an analysis of Bank of Nanjing
ABSTRACT
In recent years, the internationalization of China&39;s economy has gradually increased,
and China&39;s international trade has developed rapidly. However, with the development of
foreign trade, foreign banks are flooding into China, making China&39;s financial market
competition more intensified. And traditional ways of financing can no longer
accommodate with the development of economy and trade due to the increase of trade
balance，changes of trade pattern and the restructure of imports and exports. A new way is
really needed. China&39;s commercial banks have made great progress in the field of
international trade financing in recent years, but in general, China&39;s international trade
financing business is still in its infancy and needs to be further standardized and improved.
As one of the earliest established commercial banks in China, Bank of Nanjing has
made some experience in the exploration and development of new international trade
financing business, which can be used as a reference for the development of international
trade financing business in China&39;s commercial banks. This thesis takes Bank of Nanjing as
an example, researches on the development strategy of international trade financing in
China&39;s commercial banks. By analyzing the development of Bank of Nanjing of
international trade financing business, points out the problems existing in the development
of Bank of Nanjing of trade finance, such as low degree of internationalization, lack of
innovation in the product business, lack of a good inner management system and lack of
excellent composite financing personnel. On the basis of drawing on the experience of
international trade finance business in other banks, researching the corresponding solutions.
And clearing in the domestic and international market increasingly changing background,
commercial banks are facing the severe situation of business transformation. China&39;s
commercial banks should fully grasp the opportunity, increase the development of trade
finance innovation, maximize access to intermediate business income and financing
