摘要
HP 船舶有限公司是中国船舶工业集团公司属下大型骨干造船企业,是全国重点保
军企业之一,是华南地区军用舰船、特种工程船舶及海洋工程的主要建造基地之一

在日前不确定的市场环境下,企业很难把握市场的发展趋势,加之国际国内政策的不
断变化,使得企业原有的发展战略规划出现了与现实不匹配的问题。如何使企业在如
此激烈的竞争环境下不断发展,如何在竞争市场中获得超额利润成为当前发展战略所
要研究的最基本的课题

本文基于基本的战略管理理论和方法,结合 HP 船舶有限公司实际,对 HP 船舶有
限公司的现有发展战略进行了系统研究,并结合现实发展需求和挑战对现有发展战略
做了调整。首先通过对 HP 船舶有限公司发展现状的分析,找出现有发展战略的不足和
挑战,而后采用 PEST 分析法和波特五力模型对 HP 船舶有限公司的内、外部环境进行
了分析,分别从宏观和竞争者的角度剖析了船舶行业和 HP 船舶有限公司的发展状况,
从政治、经济、社会、文化和技术等角度分析了现有行业所面临的机遇和挑战。其次,
基于内外部环境的分析,结合 SWOT 分析法,对 HP 船舶有限公司的外部威胁、机会和
内部优势和劣势等因素进行了详细的分析,并根据 SWOT 分析结果进行了 SWOT 战略
匹配分析,从而确定了企业未来战略规划的方向和目标。此外,结合战略匹配分析找
出了与企业相适应的战略目标并制定了相关的战略规划。最后,为了确保战略规划可
以有效的实施,本研究为其战略规划提出了实施保障措施和具体战略规划的实施程序

并结合本研究的论述,形成了结论。木文采用了理论与实际相结合、定性分析与定量
分析相结合的方法,从而使制定的 HP 船舶有限公司的发展战略更加的切合实际。希望
本文的研究成果对 HP 船舶有限公司的发展有一定的促进作用。同时也希望本研究可以
为船舶行业的其它企业提供一定的参考价值

ABSTRACT
HP Ship enterprise. is a large-scale backbone shipbuilding enterprise under the China
Shipbuilding Industry Group Corporation. It is one of the key military construction
enterprises in China. It is one of the main construction bases for military ships, special
engineering ships and marine engineering in southern China. In the uncertain market
environment, it is difficult for enterprises to grasp the development trend of the market,
coupled with the international and domestic policy changes, making the original
development of strategic planning and reality does not match the problem. How to make
enterprises in such a competitive environment continue to develop, how to gain excess
profits in the competitive market to become the current development strategy to study the
most basic issues.
Based on the basic theory and method of strategic management, this paper
systematically studies the existing development strategy of HP Ship Enterprise. and
combines with the actual development needs and challenges to adjust the existing
development strategy. Firstly, through the analysis of the development status of HP Ship
Enterprise. the shortcomings and challenges of the existing development strategy are found
out. Then, the internal and external environment of HP Ship Enterprise. is analyzed by PEST
analysis and Porter&39;s five models. And the development of the ship industry and the HP Ship
Enterprise. from the perspective of the competitor, and analyzes the opportunities and
challenges faced by the existing industry from the perspectives of politics, economy, society,
culture and technology. Secondly, based on the analysis of internal and external environment,
combined with SWOT analysis method, the external threats, opportunities and internal
advantages and disadvantages of HP Ship Enterprise. were analyzed in detail, and SWOT
strategy matching analysis was carried out according to SWOT analysis results. To
determine the future direction of business planning and objectives. In addition, the strategic
matching analysis to find out with the enterprise to adapt to the strategic objectives and
developed a related strategic planning. Finally, in order to ensure that the strategic planningABSTRACT

can be effectively implemented, this study puts forward the implementation procedures for
the implementation of safeguards and specific strategic planning for its strategic planning.
Combined with the discussion of this study, formed a conclusion. Wood text uses a
combination of theory and practice, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the
combination of methods, so that the development of HP Ship Enterprise. development
strategy more realistic. It is hoped that the research results of this paper will promote the
