摘要
我国作为全球铜金属最大的生产国与消费国，年均消费铜金属量接近全球铜
金属产量的 50%。而铜矿资源严重紧缺始终是中国铜金属行业发展的桎梏。铜矿
作为不可再生资源，铜矿资源保有量随着长期开发已不可避免的逐渐枯竭，铜矿
开采活动导致的地质灾害、环境污染等情况也制约着我国铜矿开采企业的可持续
发展。作为铜矿产业链的上游开采企业，如何在铜矿资源紧缺、安全环保生产压
力大、铜价持续调整的背景下，对激烈的市场风险进行规避，积极投身于市场竞
争中，创造更多的增值空间

本文的研究对象是传统铜矿产业链上游开采企业 JSLNP 公司，该公司的前
身是依托铜矿开采建立的资源型国企，极具我国类似企业的代表性。本文通过结
合铜产业发展的背景和特点，对 JSLNP 公司内部、外部环境实际进行分析，深
刻剖析 JSLNP 公司的生产经营情况，发现 JSLNP 公司生产、运营过程中，存在
的主次要困境，研究出困扰其转型升级发展的主要症结，深入对其产业转型的路
径选择、转型发展的侧重点和风险进行深入的探讨，灵活运用 SWOT 分析方法，
对 JSLNP 公司转型升级的各项指标进行综合分析；最后，从循环产业体系、低
碳产业体系、绿色矿山建设、技术改造提升、“互联网+数字矿山”流程再造、精
细化管理等各个方面提出具体的转型方案与路径规划，并制定出保障公司顺利转
