摘要
司法鉴定机构出具的司法鉴定意见，是法院审判有关案件的依据之一，也
是矛盾纠纷化解的依据之一。随着依法治国决策的全面推进和经济社会的发展，
司法鉴定机构的地位和作用越来越凸显。司法鉴定机构如何发展、怎么发展，
分析制定发展战略十分有必要，因为基于民生、基于社会稳定、基于司法审判
的公平公正

笔者以JX司法鉴定中心为视角，详尽阐述了其内部环境和外部环境，归纳
了优势与劣势以及机会与威胁，运用战略管理相关理论和分析方法，分析探讨
并制定该中心的发展战略和战略实施策略

本文旨在通过研究制定发展战略，能够使得JX司法鉴定中心在多变的市场
环境和激烈的市场竞争格局中，能够做大做强、发展壮大。同时也渴望本文能
对其他民营的社会司法鉴定机构的发展，起到启示和借鉴作用

ABSTRACT
Forensic appraisal conclusion issued by the judicial authentication institutions is
one of the basis for the case trial of the court,as well as the basis for the settlement of
contradictions and disputes.With the comprehensive promotion of ruling a country by
law and the development of the economic and society, the status and role of forensic
institutions become more and more prominent.It is very necessary to analyze how to
develop the judicial authentication institutions and make up the development strategy,
because it’s the basis of the people&39;s well-being ,social stability, and the fairness and
justness of judicial trial.
The author ,in view of JX judicial authentication agency elaborates its internal
and external environment,sums up the advantages and disadvantages as well as
opportunities and threats.analyzes and draw up the development strategy and strategy
implementation in using of the theories and methods of strategic management.
Through analyzing and formulating the development strategy, this paper is to
promote the JX judicial authentication agency bigger and stronger in the changeable
market environment and the fierce market competition.Also,hope this paper can be
enlightenment and reference for the development of other private social forensic
institutions .
