随着社会经济水平的提高，人们对物质的要求基本可以得到满足，当今，人
们更重视健康的生活标准，除了运动健康以外，食品安全问题成为了人们最关心
的话题。对于食品安全问题发达国家的重视程度较高，要求该国的食用农产品从
生产直至销售过程中，必须具有可追溯性，所以，建立安全可靠的农产品质量安
全追溯模式是保障食品安全的最有效举措之一。目前我国对于农产品质量安全追
溯模式的实施中，企业是实施追溯模式的主体和主要实施者，具有较高的自由度
和灵活性，在非强制实施质量安全追溯的情况下，企业对于农产品质量安全追溯
的动机，实施追溯过程中存在哪些不足，以及实施追溯模式后效果如何等着一系
列问题进行研究，并优化现有的农产品质量安全追溯模式，以第三方追溯机构为
主体实施追溯，并从政府上给予引导，消费者给予监督，企业自身起到协助的作
用，企业在多因素视角下，更好的履行社会责任，服务大众

本文从农产品质量安全追溯的角度进行研究，通过对相关研究背景的了解，
大量查阅国内外农产品质量安全追溯的相关文献和相关理论，对农产品质量安全
追溯的现状及模式进行分析，并根据存在的问题进行原因解读，优化现有的农产
品质量安全追溯模式，根据指标体系的构建原则，比较现有的绩效方法后，择优
选取适合本文的模糊综合评价法建立绩效评价体系，并进行实证研究。通过本文
的研究，对今后我国农产品质量安全追溯实施中提供依据，更好的为消费者提供
放心绿色农产品

ABSTRACT
With the improvement of social and economic level, people can basically meet
the material requirements, today, people pay more attention to a healthy standard of
living, in addition to sports health, the food safety issues become the topic of most
concern. For the food safety of developed countries a higher degree of importance to
the country&39;s edible agricultural products from the production until the sale process
must be traceable, so the establishment of safe and reliable agricultural product
quality and safety traceability model is to protect food safety the most effective
measures one. At present, for the implementation of traceability mode of agricultural
product quality and safety, the enterprise is the main body and the main implementer
of the retroactive model. It has high degree of freedom and flexibility. Under the
circumstances of non-enforcement of quality and safety traceability, the enterprise for

In this paper, the quality and safety of agricultural products from the perspective
