21世纪是生物的世纪,在生物医药获得跨越式发展的背后是生物技术的突
破性进展,技术创新成为生物医药企业维持核心竞争力的唯一途径。然而生物医
药业所涉及的学科领域广泛且关系复杂,所需信息与知识具有很高的尖端科技含
量,所以对生物医药而言,往往在合作中可以更有效地取得创新成果,合作创新
己成为其创新活动的主要形式。专利作为合作创新的主要成果受到合作网络特征
的影响,进而影响企业的创新绩效水平,因此对生物医药企业的专利合作网络进
行研究显得尤为重要

本研究选取我国沪深A股上市的生物医药企业作为样本,采用中华人民共和
国国家知识产权局网站公布的专利数据,以专利发明者为节点,以发明者间的合
作关系为线,以构建的生物医药专利发明者合作网络作为研宄主体,探讨生物医
药企业内部发明者合作网络的网络特征对创新绩效的影响

通过计量统计法本文统计出样本生物医药企业的专利及发明者合作的基本
情况,结果表明:我国生物医药企业创新不足,2007-2014年八年内大部分公司
的专利数量小于200项,平均每年不到3家公司的专利数量超过200项;不同生
物医药公司的专利数量参差不齐,这反映出我国生物医药企业发展的不平衡;同
时生物医药专利中合作专利的比例呈逐渐增加的趋势,这表明合作创新在生物医
药业中的重要作用;虽发明者的合作次数逐年增加,但专利数量与合作次数并没
有一个简单准确的对应关系,这说明了发明者合作网络研究的重要性和必要性

本文构建了生物医药企业内部专利发明者之间的合作创新网络,通过计算机
编程计算合作网络的各个网络特征,最终运用STATA13. 0对获得的数据进行描述
性统计、简单相关系数分析和负二项回归,得出相应结论。结果发现:发明者合
作M络的节点属性(网络规模、总合作关系数)与创新绩效间呈正相关关系,而
结构属性与创新绩效间关系则较为复杂,其中联系强度、结构洞丰富度与创新绩
效均正相关,而中介中心势和聚类系数与创新绩效均呈倒U型关系

本文的研究结果表明,不同维度社会网络对企业的创新绩效具有不同程度的
影响。据此,企业可以依据自身内部创新网络特点及现有资源状况,进行企业内
部合作网络的调整和创新绩效的优化,这将对生物医药创新绩效的提高具有一定
理论意义和实践价值

I Abstract
ABSTRACT
The 21st century is the century of biology, behind the leap-forward development
of biomedicine is a breakthrough in biotechnology, and technological innovation have
become the only way for biomedical companies to maintain their core competencies.
Biomedical medicine involves a wide range of complex disciplines; at the same time
the required information and knowledge are with high cutting-edge technology content.
Therefore, for biomedicine, cooperation can be more effective in achieving innovative
results, so cooperative innovation has become the main form of its innovative activities.
The main achievements of the patent as a cooperative innovation are influenced by the
characteristics of the cooperative network, which affects the innovation performance
level of the enterprise. Therefore, it is very important to study the patent cooperation
network of the biomedical medicine enterprise.
In this study, we selected the biomedical enterprises listed in Shanghai and
Shenzhen A shares as samples, and adopted the patent data published by the website of
the State Intellectual Property Office of the People&39;s Republic of China. Taking the
inventor of the biomedical patent as the node and the cooperation between the inventors
as the line, this paper discusses the influence of the network characteristics of the
cooperative network of the inventors in the biomedical enterprise on the innovation
performance by using the cooperative network of patented inventors of biomedical
medicine as the research object.
Through the measurement of statistical methods this article statistics of the basic
situation of patents and cooperation of inventors of the sample biomedical enterprise,
the results showed that the biological medicine enterprises lack of innovation in our
country, and from 2007 to 2014 most of the company&39;s patent number less than 200.The
average annual number of companies is less than three, whose patents number are
more than 200; The number of patents is vary by China’s different biomedical
companies, which reflects the unbalance of the biological medicine enterprise
development in our country; While the proportion of cooperation patent in biological
medicine is increasing, indicating that the important role of cooperative innovation in
the biomedical industry ; However, the number of collaborators in the patent increases
year by year, but the number of patents and the number of cooperation does not have a
simple and accurate correspondence, which illustrates that the importance and necessity

of cooperation network research.
In this study, we construct the cooperative innovation network of biological
medicine enterprise between patent inventors. And the network characteristics of the
cooperative network were calculated by computer programming. Finally, STATAI3.0
was used to carry out descriptive statistics, simple correlation coefficient analysis and
Negative binomial regression, and then we come to the corresponding conclusions. The
results show that there is a positive correlation between the node attributes (network
size, the total number of cooperative relationships) of the inventors cooperative
network and the innovation performance. However, the relationships between structural
attributes of inventors&39; cooperative networks and innovation performance is complex.
The relationship between the strength of cooperation, the richness of structure hole and
innovation performance are positively correlated, while the relationships between the
betweenness centralization, clustering coefficient and innovation performance are
inverted u-shaped relationship.
The results of this paper show that the social network characteristics of different
dimensions have different effects on the innovation performance of enterprises.
According to the characteristics of the internal innovation network and the existing
resources, the enterprise can adjust the internal cooperation network and optimize the
performance of the innovation, which will have certain theoretical and practical value
for the improvement of the innovation performance of biomedicine.
