本文首先对 HNHD 建筑公司的内部、外部环境展开全方位的分析,具体
涵盖了宏观与竞争环境分析、内部条件分析和 SWOT 分析;其次,在内外环
境分析的基础上提出 HNHD 建筑公司的发展战略,包括发总体思路、战略定
位和方案选择、成本领先战略;最后,为了保证 HNHD 建筑公司战略的有效
执行,制定了一系列行之有效的保障措施。本论文的主要目的在于:为 HNHD
建筑公司快速的、可持续发展给出理论与实践两方面的指导,并逐步建立差
异化和特色化的发展战略体系。同时也期望能为与 HNHD 建筑公司相似的企
业提供实践参考

Abstract
Since the beginning of the new millennium, China&39;s construction enterprises
have made outstanding contributions to expand domestic demand and promote
employment in urban and rural areas, improve, but with the introduction of the
national macro-control policies on the competition of the construction market
and between enterprises intensified, construction enterprises especially small and
medium-sized construction enterprises face type hitherto unknown challenge,
some even closed down. In order to avoid being eliminated in the market
competition, the development strategy of small and medium-sized construction
enterprises to adapt to the environment has been put on an important agenda. As
the Heilongjiang province small and medium construction enterprises: the
representative of Heilongjiang Nongken 93 Hengda construction engineering
limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as HNHD company), in the
process of development in recent years, is also facing a decline in profits, reduce
the business and development direction of unknown dilemma, a scientific
development strategy has become the urgent demand, therefore, has the
important practical significance on the development strategy of HNHD company.
In this paper, the author puts forward the development strategy which are
suitable for HNHD construction company -- brand strategy and cost leadership
strategy.At the same time, security systems have been formulated from several
aspects, for instance, the perspective of enterprise management platform
construction, financial and budget support, risk prevention system construction,
human resources security measures and so on.
Through the research, the author hopes it has the practical significance to
provide both theoretical and practical reference for the development of HNHD
construction company and other similar construction enterprises.
