本论文以薪酬管理理论与激励理论为基础,将国外银行薪酬管理体系的经验
为借鉴,利用案例研究法,文献研究法,对比分析法,一对一访谈法,问卷调查
法等研究方法,研究 C 银行花溪支行薪酬体系现状。分析了存在问题的原因和
改进 C 银行花溪支行薪酬体系的具体步骤措施。重新分类设置员工岗位:将 C
银行花溪支行员工分为决策类,管理类,营销类,操作类和支持类 5 类员工。对
C 银行花溪支行员工的薪酬各部分占比进行调整,将 C 花溪支行员工进行分类,
不同类别的员工薪酬各部分占比也有不同。最后完善激励机制,采用不同的更有
效多样性的方法激励员工,并建立与员工的沟通渠道
本论文通过对 C 银行花溪支行员工薪酬体系的研究,提出优化改进意见,
制定合理的薪酬方案,提高员工满意度和忠诚度,加大企业经济效益,对其他银
行的薪酬改进研究也由一定的参考意义

Bigger and stronger has always been the goal of the various commercial Banks, and one of
the key to become bigger and stronger lies in the talented person&39;s competition, the competitions
of banks around the talents are increasingly fierce. From the situation of huaxi brunch of C bank.
this paper do research on, the brain drain is serious, and in the human resources management of
modern enterprise, compensation system is are closely linked with the employees.There exist
certain problems in the huaxi brunch of C bank, employee compensation system is not conducive
to motivate employees&39; positive initiative, failing to improve the work efficiency, difficult to
attract retain talent. .
On the basis of compensation management theory and incentive theory, this paper, which
refers to the foreign Banks pay management system experience, using the case method, literature
research, comparative analysis, one-on-one interviews, questionnaire survey and other research
methods, research the compensation system status of Huaxi brunch of C bank, analyze the causes
of those problems and the concrete steps to improve the Huaxi brunch of C bank compensation
system. And reposition employee compensation level of the Huaxi brunch of C bank, investigate
compensation levels and local trade, timely adjust the bank pay levels. The employee pay structure
of Huaxi brunch of C bank was improved, the structure of the different classification of employee
compensation and performance should be different. At last, the bank need to Improve the effective
incentive mechanism perfect, adopt different diversity and more effective way to motivate
employees, and establish channels of communication with employees.
