摘要
随着经济全球化以及国内基础建设、房地产和物联网等快速发展,我国交通运输
业得到了前所未有的繁荣。中国卡车行业在过去十年里有非常大的进步,不仅是规模
增长惊人,产品、技术、质量等方面都有很好的发展,但是现在也面临很多的挑战

随着中国经济进入“新常态”,以及国家对煤炭、钢铁等相关行业进行供给侧结构改
革、新的排放法规出台、环保要求的提高等,对卡车的需求造成一定的影响

PP 公司隶属于美国一家纳斯达克上市企业,其中国总部主要生产卡车驾驶室液
压翻转系统。从 2003 年进入中国开展业务以来,公司业绩取得了重大突破,但随着
市场竞争愈加激烈,如何继续保持在卡车驾驶室翻转系统领域的高速增长,是 PP 公
司面临的主要问题。本文开篇介绍研究的背景和意义,然后运用 PESTEL、五力模型、
产业生命周期和战略群组理论对公司的外部竞争环境进行分析,得出 PP 公司目前所
面临的机会和威胁。接着运用价值链、VRIO 理论对 PP 公司的内部的资源和能力进
行分析,得出 PP 公司的优势和劣势。随后综合运用 SWOT 和 QSPM 定量战略规划
矩阵分析法得出公司应采用差异化竞争战略以及差异化战略的主要内容。为确保差异
化战略的实施,PP 公司制定了合理配置资源、调整组织结构、重建企业文化、完善
企业行为规范和强化管理信息系统等措施。最后还设置了战略控制系统以确保差异化
竞争战略的执行。本文运用多种战略管理工具综合分析了卡车零部件生产企业,对国
内外同行以及类似的企业制定战略具有一定的指导意义

Research on the Differentiation Development Strategy of
Transnational Corporations in China
——Take PP Corporation for example
Abstract
With the rapid development of economic globalization, domestic infrastructure
construction, real estate and IOT(Internet of things), transportation industry in China has
been booming unprecedentedly. There have been great advances in China&39;s truck industry
over the last decade, not only for its size growing remarkably, but for its product,
technology quality and so on, however, we also face a lot of challenges. As the Chinese
economy enter into a period of new normal, China’s reform of the supply front involve
coal, steel and other related industries, the introduction of new emission regulations and
the improvement of environmental protection requirements, which have a certain effect on
the needs of truck.
PP corporation is subordinate to a US NASDAQ listed company, whose headquarters
in China mainly manufactures truck cab hydraulic tilting system. Since the company’s
entry into China in 2003, the company has achieved a major breakthrough in performance.
With the increasingly fierce market competition, the main problem PP corporation is
facing is that how to continue to maintain the rapid growth in the field of truck cab
hydraulic tilting system. This paper introduces the background and significance of the
research, and then analyzes the external competitive environment of the company by using
the theory of PESTEL, the five forces model, the industry life cycle and the strategy group,
from which we observe the opportunity and threat of PP. corporation. And then analyze PP
corporation&39;s internal resources and competence by applying the value chain and the VRIO
theory, therefore we can conclude the PP corporation&39;s strengths and weaknesses. And the
company should adopt the main contents of differentiation competitive strategy and
differentiation strategy with the comprehensive use of the SWOT and QSPM (quantitative
strategic planning matrix) analysis method. To ensure the implementation of differentiation
strategy, PP corporation formulated measures of reasonable allocation of resources, adjustIII
the organization structure, reconstruct corporate culture, optimize the criterion of corporate
behavior and strengthen the systems of management information and so on. Finally, a
strategic control system is set up to ensure the implementation of a differentiation
competitive strategy. This paper comprehensively analyzes the truck parts manufacturing
enterprises by using a variety of strategic management tools, which has a certain directive
significance on the strategy formulation of domestic and foreign counterparts and similar
enterprises.
