本文在激励理论以及对中层管理者的相关理论进行分析研宄和对以往研宄文
献分析总结的基础上,对当前中国银行河北分行中层管理者的激励方案的现状进
行综合分析,发现存在一系列问题例如激励措施的针对性相对薄弱、精神激励措
施相对较少、激励措施缺乏长效性、薪酬福利措施相对单一等,针对这些问题,在
使用文献归纳法梳理出研究理论基础后,笔者运用问卷调查法和访谈法对中国银行河
北分行中层管理者激励方案应用现状进行了调查和分析,继而以中国银行河北分行中

层管理者激励方案的设计为研究对象,以赫兹伯格的双因素理论作为理论指导,尝试
从人际关系、工作环境、物质和精神双向性影响以及个人发展等层面分析和界定影
响中国银行河北分行中层管理者激励方案有效性的因素,设计出提升中国银行河
北分行中层管理者激励措施运作的成效的方案,并为中国银行河北分行中层管理
者激励方案的运作提供具有可行性的建议
从理论层面看,本课题的研究结果可丰富国有商业银行“中层管理者激励”的
研究理论,从实践层面看,研究结果对中国银行河北分行稳定中层管理者团队,
并提升其工作积极性,继而借此提升银行绩效等方面均具有切实的指导意义

Abstract
As the social economy and banking industry develop, talents become more and
more important. More and more Banks pay more attention to the human resource
management which has become the important part of development strategy. Paying
more attention to the talents, greatly improving the employees* working enthusiasm and
enhancing the competitiveness of the bank can confirm the long-term development of
the bank.
Based on the incentive theory and the analysis of middle management related
theory research and on the basis of analyzing the previous research literature summary
to the current bank of China, Hebei branch of middle managers incentive schemes, a
comprehensive analysis of the current situation of at the same time to find the current
incentive schemes of the existence of a series of problems of bank of China, Hebei
branch5such as incentives targeted relatively weak relatively few, spiritual incentives,
incentives, lack of long-term, salary welfare measures is relatively single, to solve these
problems, in the use of literature induction after teasing out the theoretical basis, the
author using the questionnaire survey and interviewing method to middle managers of
bank of China, Hebei branch incentive scheme application present situation

managers incentive schemes design as the research object, by Herzberg two-factor
theory as the theoretical guidance, try from the interpersonal relationship, work

bank of China, Hebei branch effective scheme of the operation of the incentives for
