本文以天津国电洁能电力有限公司作为分析对象,主要通过挖掘该公司在绩
效管理上存在的漏洞并结合公司的战略发展目标和实际特点来进行重新设计。在
重建绩效管理体系的过程中,主要运用平衡计分卡和关键绩效考核管理这两种方
法进行分析论证。最终确立起公司的部门绩效评价体系,并予以实施。为此本文
用六章的篇幅来进行阐述:
第一章,着重从背景、内容、方法三方面来阐述国内外在电力行业中是如何
进行绩效管理的。试图从整体上把握目前电力行业中的绩效管理现状
第二章,侧重介绍相关的概念和理论知识,如什么叫绩效考评制度,所谓的
部门绩效考评又是怎样的一种理论体系等。并对后者作一重点讨论
第三章,对天津国电洁能电力有限公司绩效考评现状进行了分析,探索存在
的问题
第四章,结合天津国电洁能电力有限公司发展战略及目标,构建天津洁能公
司部门绩效考评体系
第五章,论述天津国电洁能电力有限公司是如何实施该考评制度
第六章,得出本文的行文结论

ABSTRACT
