为中国某电力集团在河北的分支机构，下辖着 X 电厂、Y 电厂和 Z 清洁能源分公司，河
北的重要能源企业，如何保障在电力市场中可持续发展，是值得河北某发电公司思考的
问题。本文将借助相关管理理论，结合河北某发电公司的实际情况进行分析，觅寻出阻
