2.6 Design requirements and scope of work: The scope of work shall include master planning and building design that are located within the boundary line. For building design it shall comprise of the architectural, structural & M/E work. (including 3,000㎡of Air-raid shelter design, but excluding other specialists’ design, such as the Luxurious Interior Design, Landscaping Design and Facade Flood Lighting Design).
