益思想起源于精益制造和丰田生产系统,其蕴含的思想为日本制造业赢得了广泛的信誉
近年来,越来越多的公司开始尝试用精益思想来对企业的项目管理进行优化
首先,本文简要阐述了研究背景及意义、研究内容与创新和研究思路,并对R公司的
宏观环境和行业环境进行分析。通过对软件交付的理论和传统软件交付管理方式的分析和
比较,提出精益思想更适合R公司进行软件交付策略的优化。为后续深入探讨并解决R公
司软件交付的问题奠定了理论基础
其次,通过精益思想的五项原则分析R公司现存问题,例如:软件需求定义不明确、
项目管理中存在浪费、缺乏对软件项目的控制力、项目风险控制不足和公司组织结构不明
确等五大问题。根据R公司实际碰到问题,应用精益管理的思想主要从以下五个方面来进
行优化研究:明确定义项目需求、识别项目的价值流、加强对项目流程的控制、引入风险
管理、改进人力资源管理
最后,本文分析了R公司软件交付策略优化具体实施步骤和实施的几个维度。希望通
过具体的实施步骤,减少软件交付过程中的浪费、提高软件开发的质量和缩短软件开发周
期。并为行业内的其他企业提供实践参考,来提高竞争力、降低经营风险和创造更高的价
值

Abstract
The smart TV industry has been growing fast in several years, and TV has become the center
of modern families again. The business of R company, which offers total solutions, such as Smart
TV Operation Systems, is growing rapidly. During the tendency of the information technology,
one of the key competitive edge is the ability of how to improve the efficiency and quality of
software delivery.
With the development of information technology, the software delivery method of traditional
TV industry is lashed by new methods. The traditional TV industry must explore new software
delivery method in new environment. In recent years, more and more software companies try to
do project management with lean thinking which comes from Toyota manufacture system. And it
got wide success for manufacture companies of Japan.
Firstly, we simply declare the background, content and methods of this research. And we
analyze the international and domestic environment and industry status. According to software
deliverytheoryandtraditional project management, leanthinkingis bettertooptimizethesoftware
delivery strategy of R company. It is the theory foundation for further discussion and improving
the software delivery strategy of R company.
Secondly, we analyze the problems of R company, such as unclear requirement, waste in
project management, weak control power of software project, weak risk control mechanism and
unclearorganizationstructure. Accordingto leanthinkingtheory,therearefiveaspectstooptimize
the problems of R company: strict requirement definition, simplify the valuable process, powerful
control to project process, risk management and human resource improvement.
Finally, we analyze the actual implement steps of optimizing software delivery strategy of R
company from several dimensions. I hope it can reduce the waste during the software delivery
process, improve the quality of development and shorten the development. Moreover, it can
provide practical reference for other company to enhancing competitiveness, reducing the
operating risk and acquiring of more value.
