摘要
随着我国全面深化改革,金融行业发展的步伐逐步加快,金融格局也发生了新的变
化,银行“存贷差”这一单一、粗放的盈利模式正被逐渐打破。而银行同业业务作为银
行利润的增长点,受到了各家商业银行的大力扶持。银行同业业务实际是影子银行业务

也就是说,通过银行同业渠道将表内资产证券化,盘活存量、增量的信贷资产,增强银
行的贷款投放能力。银行通过吸收同业负债补充流动性,缓解银行存款流失的困境。然
而,银行同业业务存在严重的期限错配也容易导致流动性危机,可见其风险不容小觑

因此,有必要探索银行业务中的同业业务的发展方向,成为银行系统的改革创新的目标,
不仅为银行的内部改革创新提供升级条件,而且是金融业发展的整体要求,平安银行石
家庄分行面对这些问题进行了内部分析,对比宏观的改革创新的大环境寻求机遇面对挑
战,整理自己发展的不足,寻求发展的机遇,通过自己优势寻求合作伙伴,弥补不足实
现共赢,这样才能在找寻同业业务发展谋略的过程中不断的实现适合自身发展的道路,
以完成资本市场和货币市场的稳定对接的目标,增进银行业的改革创新

目前,对银行同业业务研究多停留在理论性的分析,对于银行系统的实际应用没有
起到很好的指导作用。本文为了规避这一局限,在研究的过程中立足于银行的同业业务,
并以这些实际业务的发展问题出发,以解决实际问题为导向进行了分析。本文运用分析
方法时注重理论同实际相结合。在对同业业务理论和同银行专业有关理论加以运用的过
程中,立足于我国内平安银行尤其是石家庄分行的实际运作状况,着重阐述了其同业业
务在发展过程中所遇到的问题与成因。同时分别站在微观以及宏观两个层面对平安银行
以及石家庄分行两者的发展必要性进行了论证

本文为平安银行石家庄分行同业业务的发展以及策略研究,研究了平安银行石家庄
分行同业业务发展中的问题,分析原因并提出了针对平安银行石家庄分行同业业务发展
问题的具体对策,目的是为了提升平安银行石家庄分行整体竞争力,对策内容可分为四
大类,主要内容是:一是深化同业的合作范围;二是对银保合作产品系统进行完善;三是
加强同业业务范围;四是有效提高同业业务流动性风险防控能力

ABSTRACT
With the full deepening of the reform in our country, the pace of development of the
financial industry has been gradually accelerated and new changes have taken place in the
financial structure. The single, extensive mode of profit-making by the banks, the
deposit-loan difference, is gradually breaking down. As a growth point of bank profits,
interbank business has been greatly supported by various commercial banks. Bank interbank
business is actually shadow banking. In other words, securitization of assets in the table
through inter-bank channels will activate the credit assets in stock and increase, and enhance
the ability of banks to put loans. Banks supplement liquidity by absorbing inter-bank
liabilities to ease the plight of bank deposits. However, serious inter-bank mismatch in bank
interbank business can easily lead to a liquidity crisis. Therefore, the risks should not be
underestimated. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the development direction of interbank
business in banking business and become the goal of reform and innovation of banking
system. It not only provides the upgrading conditions for the bank&39;s internal reform and
innovation, but also the overall requirements for the development of the financial industry.
Shijiazhuang Branch of Ping An Bank The internal analysis of these issues, compared
macroscopic reform and innovation of the environment to seek opportunities to meet the
challenges, organize their own lack of development, seek opportunities for development,
through their own advantages to seek partners to make up for the lack of a win-win situation,

At present, the study on the interbank business mostly stays in the theoretical analysis,
and does not play a very good guiding role in the practical application of the banking system.
In order to circumvent this limitation, this article based on the bank&39;s interbank business in the
process of research, and proceed with the development of these real business, to solve the
practical problems oriented analysis. This article uses analytical methods to focus on the
combination of theory and practice. In the course of applying the theory of interbank business
and the relevant theory of banking, based on the actual operation of Ping An Bank in our
country, especially Shijiazhuang Branch, the problems and causes of its interbank business inthe process of development are emphatically expounded. At the same time, they both
demonstrate the necessity of the development of both Ping An Bank and Shijiazhuang Branch
at the micro and macro levels.
The development of Shijiazhuang branch of Ping An bank business, the Shijiazhuang
branch of Ping An bank business development problems in the analysis of the causes of these
problems, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures for Shijiazhuang branch of Ping
An bank business development, in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of
Shijiazhuang branch of Ping An Bank, can be divided into four major countermeasures class,
the main contents are: one is to deepen the scope of cooperation industry; the two is to
improve the bancassurance product system; the three is to strengthen the business scope; the
