本文首先阐述了该论文选题的背景和意义，从这个角度出发介绍了高低压配
电行业的发展现状、发展趋势以及行业发展存在的问题和应用前景；其次，本文
对当前高低压配电行业发展面临的经济环境、政策环境、技术环境和市场竞争状
况以及行业上下游产业链进行了系统的分析和研究，要求企业顺应高低压配电行
业大环境，适时采取对策，做出适应环境的动态抉择；再次，本文结合鑫龙电器
自身发展现状，通过对该公司主要经济指标和财务指标以及发展能力进行综合评
价，将企业价值最大化做为财务管理的目标，确保公司资产的保值增值；最后从
实际情况出发，对鑫龙电器公司进行了 SWOT 分析，确定企业自身的竞争优势、
竞争劣势、机会和威胁，从而将公司的战略与公司内部资源、外部环境有机地结
合起来，在此基础上为鑫龙电器公司的经营策略和发展方向进行优化，提出了具
有针对性的意见和建议

Abstract
Along with the rapid development of our country national economy, the electric
power industry as a pillar industry of national economy has been developing rapidly,
especially the power transmission and distribution industry has become a significant
force in the development of national economy. One hand, high voltage switchgear, as
one of the important equipment of high and low voltage power distribution industry,
has a huge market. The huge demand need more and higher requirement on product
design, manufacturing, management level and many other aspects of high voltage
switchgear equipment. In another hand, we need to keep learning and improving to
solve the own development problem of high and low voltage complete sets of
equipment. For instance, core technology, professional level of workers and market
environment are not optimistic. Especially, compare to the developed countries, the
quality of the products and technology still have a large gap. It needs to accelerate the
reform in high and low voltage power distribution industry, try hard to improve
ourself, narrow the gap with developed countries as soon as possible, has the
competition strength with world famous brand, and then promote the development of
the industry, enhance the international competitiveness.
Firstly, this paper describes the background and meaning of topic, from this point
of view, it describes the present situation and development trend of high and low
voltage power distribution, the existing problems in the development of industry
application prospect. Secondly, this paper analysis and research systematically the
economic environment, policy environment, technology environment and marker
competition situation which the high and low voltage power transmission and
distribution industry are currently facing, and also upstream and downstream of
industry chain. It asks companies to complies with the environment, takes the
countermeasure at the right moment，makes the dynamic choice adapting to the
environment. Once more, combine with the current development situation of the
Xinlong appliances, this paper evaluates comprehensively its main economic and
financial indicators as well as developing capacity. Make the enterprise value
maximization for the financial management goal, to ensure the maintaining and
increasing of company value. Finally, from the actual situation of company, through
the SWOT analysis of Xinlong appliances, identify its own competitive advantage,
weakness, opportunities and threats, thus combine organically company strategy with

its interior, external resources. On this basis, optimize the business strategy and
development direction, propose the corresponding opinions and suggestions.
