JSXG 集团自成立之初，就结合自身的生产经营能力和工程机械国际市场的
经营环境制定了相应的国际化经营战略。在此战略的指导下，JSXG 集团的国际
化经营能力逐步提高，国际市场份额也在稳步提升，然而在其国际化经营的过程
中，也遇到了国际市场开发能力有待提高、国际市场占有率低、品牌知名度低、
抵御国际风险能力较低等一系列问题。这些问题的存在直接影响到了 JSXG 集团
国际市场的进一步开发
为了解决 JSXG 集团的国际化经营战略在实施过程中所遇到的问题，本文以
国际化经营战略中的国际市场开发能力为研究的切入点，构建 JSXG 集团国际市
场开发能力的加权线性模型，并运用 IFE 内部矩阵分析和多指标综合分析法，结
合笔者对 JSXG 集团的实地调研，对 JSXG 集团的生产能力、营销能力、服务能
力等进行综合评估。通过评估后得出 JSXG 集团的内部状况处于优势地位，但优
势并不是很明显的结论。在评估中，也发现了 JSXG 集团在国际化经营过程中存
在的国际市场占有率较低、自主创新能力有待进一步加强，抵御国际风险的能力
较低等一系列问题。针对这些问题，笔者为 JSXG 集团的国际化经营战略提出自
主研发与企业外包相结合，提高企业的核心竞争力；借助贴牌创品牌；维护老客
户，开发新客户；建立企业联盟，共担国际风险等优化措施

ABSTRACT
With the speeding up of economic globalization, the internationalization
management strategy has become a key to enterprise survival and development. In our
country&39;s economy after entering the new normal, no matter what it is a state-owned
companies or private companies, all need to rethink their internationalization
management strategy, and combining with the reality of the corresponding adjustment,
and then make a suitable for their own international operation strategy.
JSXG group since its inception, with its production and business operation
ability and engineering machinery in the international market and business
environment to develop the corresponding international operation strategy.Under the
guidance of the strategy, JSXG group&39;s internationalization management ability
gradually improve, international market share is rising steadily, in the process of its
international operation, however, also met with the international market development
ability needs to improve, low international market share, brand awareness is low, low
against the international risk ability is a series of problems. The existence of these
