本论文将就洪都拉斯罗阿坦岛(Roatan)电动自行车业务的可行性进行探讨。本研
究书将在文献回顾、案例研究的基础上，将商业理论运用到现实商业实践中，并辅以
3 年的商业活动数据，包括人口统计学研究、调查、田野研究及相关的商业、当地和
环境的数据分析。研究表明，在洪都拉斯的罗阿坦岛实施电动自行车业务是存在市场
机遇的，本研究从商业模式、财务分析、其他业务分析、以及产业和竞争者分析，进
一步论证电动自行车业务是可行的，并能够获得相应的收益，这种通过引入环境友好
的交通方式，为投资者、顾客和当地自然环境带来相应的回报

本研究将对洪都拉斯罗阿坦岛的电动自行车租赁业务进行深入细致分析。对于当

Abstract
This thesis is a theoretical approach to demonstrate the feasibility of the Electrical
Bicycle Business in the Island of Roatan, Honduras. The business plan will analyze the
theoretical background to sustain and enrich the study of the case. This study will have an
abstract and factual demonstration of the business theory applied to generate revenue that
includes the study of 3 years of data related with the business activity, including
demographic studies, surveys, field studies among other relevant data of the tourist, locals
and the environment. This data will demonstrate that there is an opportunity in the
market to realize the Electric Bicycle business in Roatan. The business is described and
proved by models, financial and accounting analysis. The analysis extends to the sector,
the industry and the competitors, demonstrating that the business certainly will generate
revenue and is feasible, benefiting the investors, the customers and the environment
through the introduction of a new eco-friendly way of transportation in the Island.
This study will conduct an in-depth and detailed analysis of the electric bicycle
renting business in Rutland, Honduras. For the local market, this transportation is a new
method of tourists and local people, providing users with feeling of travelling through the
island freely and full integration into the natural sightseeing. This transportation will also
improve environmental awareness, protecting one of the most beautiful islands with human
cultural heritage in the world.
The electric bike renting business aims to connect the capital of the island with two
major tourist attraction beaches, which, due to the tourists and travelers, have become the
busiest area on the island. The electric bicycle renting business applies to but not limited to
leisure activities in the island, and will also provide travel services and sales on electric
bicycle parts as an additional business. The project will not only create income, but also by
seeking new ways to travel, improve the environmental responsibility of the island, and
seek the island&39;s sustainable development.
