摘要
质量、成本、交期、服务及响应速度，是影响企业竞争力的几个关键要素，其中
质量是位居首位的要素，是企业参与市场竞争的必备条件。在我国中小企业中，质量
问题更是尤为突出，它们缺乏完善的质量管理制度和先进的科学指导方法，生产过程
中的质量控制工作长期处于盲目状态，产品质量问题反复发生，得不到系统解决，由
此也造成了大量的制造浪费和严重的质量损失

FMEA 作为一种体现事先预防和控制理念的质量控制方法，经国内外应用的状况
表明，大部份质量缺陷可以通过应用 FMEA 分析法得到解决。帮助企业有效地减少
产品潜在失效的风险，从而科学地，系统地解决质量问题，帮助企业提高生产质量

本文以 C 公司为背景，以 C 公司所生产的电子产品为例，介绍了 C 公司电子产
品的设计和生产流程，以及在设计和生产过程中影响质量的问题，通过问题分析找到
了原因，并应用了 FMEA 分析法进行预防和改善。C 公司组建了 FMEA 团队，依据
公司产品开发的特性确定了 FMEA 分析法在产品生命周期内开始实施的阶段，及各
阶段所负责的内容，并根据 FMEA 分析法的风险顺序数 RPN 值进行判定需要解决的
潜在失效模式，针对这些潜在问题提出了改善对策。通过对 C 公司引入 FMEA 分析
法前后，生产线产品良品率及客验不良率二组数据的对比，发现应用 FMEA 分析法
后，质量得到了有效的改善

最后，对 FMEA 分析法应用研究的成果进行了总结，并对研究不足的地方作了
说明

Application of FMEA in C company electronic product line
Abstract
Quality, cost, delivery time, service and response speed, is a few key elements to
determine the success or failure of the market, and quality is the first element, it’s the
essential condition for the enterprises to participate the market competition.In China&39;s
small and medium enterprises, the quality problem is even more prominent, they lack
perfect quality management system and advanced scientific guidance methods, the quality
control work in a long time in a blind state when in production, product quality problems
occur repeatedly, and can’t be systematically resolved, resulting in a large number of
manufacturing waste and serious quality losses.
FMEA, as a quality control method that embodies the prior prevention and control
concept, according to the status of domestic and foreign applications, most of the quality
defects can be solved by applying FMEA analysis. It helps enterprises to effectively reduce
the risk of potential failure, thus scientifically and systematically solve the quality
problems, help enterprises to improve production quality.
This article takes C company as background, takes the electronic products produced
by C company as an example, introduced the design and production process of C
company&39;s electronic products, as well as the quality problems in the design and production
process, through the analysis of the problems to find the reasons, and uses FMEA analysis
to prevent and improve. C company formed the FMEA team, according to the
characteristics of the company&39;s product development to determine the FMEA analysis in
the product life cycle to start implement stage, and the contents of the various stages, and
according to FMEA analysis of the risk sequence number RPN value to determine the need
to solve the potential failure mode, and puts forward countermeasures to solve these
potential problems.Through the comparison and analysis of the two groups of data before
and after the introduction of FMEA analysis by C company, the yield rate of product line
and the reject rate of customer inspection, we found that using FMEA analysis, the quality
was improved steadily.
At last, summarized the study result of this article, and explained the inadequacies of
the study.III
