黄骅港集装箱码头地处渤海湾南部，是河北省南部沿海的重要港口。码头自 2011
年 12 月 29 日开航至今，吞吐量屡创新高。2016 年集装箱吞吐量完成 60.1 万标箱，
已成为河北省第二大集装箱港口。在吞吐量快速增长的背后，集卡车物流运输功不
可没。集卡车物流运输目前是黄骅港集装箱物流通道中最重要的运输工具。但由于
黄骅港集卡车物流运输服务目前存在服务调度不科学、服务跟踪不到位、服务安全
无保障、服务互评不健全、信息管理不完善等方面的问题，造成货主对集卡车物流
运输服务存在着诸多不满，为下一步黄骅港转型升级留下隐患。移动互联网的出现，
为黄骅港集卡车服务改良提供了曙光

首先，本文在参照以往物流运输服务优化研究的基础上，通过多次与腹地政府、
企业、货主进行座谈，从黄骅港集卡车物流运输的集卡车司机、服务货主、服务腹
地、服务关联行业等方面，分析了黄骅港集卡车物流运输的现状

其次，通过访谈法、调查问卷法，与航运公司、集卡车物流供应商及货主进行
面对面访谈进行调查问卷设计。对与黄骅港集卡车物流运输服务相关的司机和货主
进行问卷调查，通过统计分析法对问卷调查的分析，明确运输服务中存在的问题和
产生原因

最后，提出黄骅港集卡车物流运输服务对策。通过构建黄骅港集卡车移动互联
网服务平台及加强四个体系建设，对黄骅港集卡车物流运输服务进行改进

Abstract
Huanghua port container terminal is located in the southern part of Bohai Bay. It is an
important port along the southern coast of Hebei province. Since December 29, 2011, the
pier has reached a record high throughput. In 2016 the container throughput of 601
thousand TEUs, Hebei province has become the second largest container port. Behind the
rapid growth of the volume of transport, the collection of trucks, logistics, transportation
can not be done. Truck logistics is currently the most important means of transport in the
container logistics corridor of Huanghua port. But because of Huanghua port truck
logistics transportation service existing service scheduling is not scientific, service is not
in place, service security service, mutual evaluation is not perfect, imperfect information
management and other aspects of the problem caused by the owner of the truck logistics
and transportation services, there are many is not full, upgrade to stay hidden for the next
step of Huanghua port transformation. The emergence of the mobile Internet has provided
the dawn for the improvement of the collection service of Huanghua port.
First of all, based on the reference to the logistics transportation service optimization
on the basis of the study, through repeated discussions with the government, enterprises,
the owner of the hinterland, truck transport logistics service set truck drivers, shippers,
service industry and other related services, the hinterland of Huanghua port from the
collection, analysis of the current situation of Huanghua port logistics and transport truck.
Secondly, through interviews, questionnaires, face-to-face interviews with shipping
companies, truck logistics providers and shippers, the questionnaire was designed. A
questionnaire survey was carried out on the drivers and shippers concerned with the truck
logistics and transportation service in Huanghua port, and the statistical analysis was used
to analyze the questionnaire and identify the problems existing in the transportation
service and the causes.
Finally, the paper puts forward the Countermeasures of Huanghua port truck logistics
service. Through the construction of Huanghua port truck mobile Internet service platformAbstract

and strengthening of the four systems, the improvement of the truck logistics and
transportation services in Huanghua port was carried out.
