本文运用文献综述法、案例分析法、调查法等诸多科学研究方法对石药集团组织架
构设计以深入研究。本文研究成果如下：一、重点介绍了大型企业集团组织架构相关研
究理论和国内外最新研究动态；二、重点分析近 20 年来石药集团的历次组织管理架构
调整的节点和内因；重点分析了现阶段石药集团组织管理架构的现状，找出相应不足；
三、针对这些问题，笔者根据企业组织架构设计相关理论，探索石药集团优化组织架构
的最合理模式，笔者从职能部门设置、关键岗位设置、制度设置等方面进行设置。首先，
石药集团设置战略规划与投资管理部、信息部；剥离党群工作部成立党群工作系统；其
次，对石药集团中关键职能岗位职责以更为明晰的界定。最后，优化石药集团发展战略
制定流程、财务审核流程、绩效一薪酬流程及其制度安排。四、对石药集团组织提出优
化设计后，为了保证石药集团组织设计能够真正实施，本文从制度文化、绩效考核、沟
通机制等方面提出相应的保障措施
本文结论认为：石药集团存在着诸多的问题，并明确得出石药集团层面战略意图，
石药集团综合实力雄厚，营销渠道广阔，同时政府给予了石药集团一定的政策扶持，给
予了石药集团优化组织结构的实施条件，并对此对石药集团的组织架构进行了优化设计

ABSTRACT
Organization structure design focus on organizational control and efficiency two,
organization structure and management model is effective to achieve the company&39;s vision,
adapt to the competitive environment, coordinated control, achieve the fundamental guarantee
of self perfection. The organizational structure includes linear system, function system and
other modes, organization structure design and functional design department key positions,
system design, process design and so on, have a long-term impact on organizational
performance. In this paper, Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group as an example, through the
analysis of 20 years of adjustment and change the organizational structure to the
pharmaceutical group to further promote the development of the internal power and
Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group, in order to find large The development direction of the
group organization management framework can also be an important guideline for the
development of enterprise groups
The research uses the method of literature review, case analysis, questionnaire and other
scientific research methods of Shiyao group organization structure design to further study.The
contents of this paper are as follows, this study reviewed the second-hand data, and to conduct
in-depth investigation of Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group, the contents of this paper are as
follows: first, introduces the architecture of large enterprise organization theories and the
latest research dynamic; second, focus on the analysis of the past 20 years previous Shiyao
Group organizational structure adjustment of the node and the internal factors; focuses on the
status quo of the organization management structure of Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group at
this stage, we find out the shortcomings; third, to solve these problems, the author set up from
departments and functions in its strategic intentions under the guidance of the key job
responsibilities, the main process and system settings, the organization into For the
optimization design, first of all, the new strategic planning and investment management
department, information department; stripping of party work established party work system.
Secondly, the key positions including general manager, marketing director and other
responsibilities are reviewed. Finally, the development strategy formulation process, financial

including culture, human resources and other aspects.The Conclusion: Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group has a lot of problems, and get clear
