摘要
随着我国改革开放以及加入 WTO 后，国内经济发展迅速，企业之间的竞争
也越来越激烈。而随着城镇化进程的加速和劳动力成本的不断上升，建筑业将
面临更加激烈的市场竞争，建筑企业过去粗放式的管理难以为继。因此，精细
化管理模式日益被建筑企业所关注，大型建筑企业对于工程项目施工逐渐实施
精细化管理，以此提高项目的效益，提升企业形象

本文在理解精细化管理理论和其在项目工程中的应用的基础上，选取 JS 公
司工程项目施工作为研究对象，理论结合实际，构建 JS 公司工程项目施工精细
化管理体系，并选用具体项目做案例研究，分析和总结了建筑企业工程项目施
工的精细化管理经验和保障措施。首先分析 JS 公司工程项目施工的现状，发现
其现有管理中存在的问题及原因；然后针对问题构建精细化管理体系，并从人
力、材料、成本、进度、质量这五个方面来阐述施工过程精细化管理的要点，
并列举工程实例分析；为了保证精细化管理的实施，从组织结构、企业文化、
考评体系三个方面来阐述保障措施；最后是结论与展望

本次研究对于精细化管理在建筑企业工程项目施工过程中的应用有了进一
步深入和细化，具有一定的实践指导意义

ABSTRACT
Along with our country reform-open policy and after joining the WTO, the
domestic economy has developed rapidly, growing competition between enterprises.
And with the improvement of the level of urbanization and the rising cost of labor,
the construction industry will face more fierce market competition, construction
enterprises original extensive management. As a result, the elaborate management
mode is becoming more and more attention by construction companies. large
construction enterprises for the project construction, began to implement of elaborate
management to enhance the benefit of the project and promote the enterprise image.
In the project of research, based on analyzing the elaborate management theory
and its application and taking JS company project construction as the research object.
Theory combined with practice, building the elaborate management system of the JS
company project construction, using specific project case studies, analyzing and
summarizing the construction enterprise project construction experience of elaborate
management and safeguard measures. First analyzing the present situation of JS
company project construction, finding the existing problems and reasons existing in
the management. Then in view of the problem of building the elaborate management
system, to elaborate the main points of the construction process of fine management
from these five aspects human, material, cost, schedule, quality, and analyzing of
engineering example. In order to guarantee the implementation of the elaborate
management, taking elaborate safeguards from three aspects from organizational
structure, corporate culture, appraisal system. The last is conclusion and prospect.
For the elaborate management in construction enterprise, the study using a
further in-depth and detailed in the process of engineering project construction, has
certain practical guiding significance.
