摘要
随着现代信息科技的飞速发展，我国通信行业也顺应潮流，取得了飞速的发
展，市场竞争也日益激烈。在这一过程中，产业发展和更新换代频繁，新的技术、
新的产品不断涌现，也因而在企业中出现了很多新的项目团队。项目和项目团队
的效能对于通讯公司发展而言意义重大，那么项目团队效能和项目团队管理的问
题也就随之而来。这首先要求员工自身适应现代经济发展形式，应具备创新能力
及其对新事物的适应能力，另外企业和项目管理者也要不断改善自己的管理方法，
以战略发展的眼光实施人力资源管理策略，实施科学的激励措施最大限度挖掘人
力资源潜能，提升员工和项目绩效，达成项目目标，为企业谋取利益。一个项目
的经营是否能够获得成功，其团队管理管理、团队能力的组合、配置和激发等等
都起着决定性的作用，对于怎样提高项目团队效能、促进员工为企业发展贡献力
量，也越来越为企业管理者重视

本文即立足人力资源管理理论、绩效激励理论、团队管理理论等基础理论，
选取了九江华尔通讯公司为研究对象，对该公司的团队绩效管理问题进行研究

详细分析了九江华尔通讯技术公司销售项目团队管理现状，并对其团队管理效能
低下的问题进行诊断，探究深层次成因。最后则针对完善九江华尔通讯公司项目
团队管理提出有效对策建议。希望通过本文研究能为该公司项目团队管理和发展
提供指导意见

Abstract
With the rapid development of modern information technology, the communication
industry in China is also in line with the trend, has made rapid development, at the same
time market competition is also increasingly fierce. There brings the development of the
industry and the frequent replacement. In this process, and emerges new technology and
new products. Thus there emerges a number of new project teams in the enterprise. The
effectiveness of the project and the project team are of great significance for the
development of the communications company, so the issues of the project team
effectiveness and management of project team will follow. This requires employees
adapt to the development of modern economy, should have the innovation ability and
the ability to adapt to new things, other enterprises and project managers must
constantly improve their own management methods, with the strategic vision of
development and implementation of human resources management strategy, the
implementation of incentive measures to maximize science and tap the potential of
human resources, enhance the performance of staff and the project, to achieve the
project objectives, for the benefit of the enterprise. Whether a project business can
success, the team management, team management ability, the combination of
configuration and excitation, play a decisive role in how to improve the effectiveness of
project team, promote the employees for the company contribute to the development,
but also attracts enterprise managers’more and more attention.
This paper is based on the performance of human resources management theory,
incentive theory, theory of management team and so on. This paper selects the Jiujiang
wall communications company as the research object, and researches the problems of
team performance management of the company. This paper analyzes the current
situation of the sales team management of Jiujiang Communication Technology Co., Ltd.
in detail, and discusses the problems of the low efficiency of team management. Finally,
the paper puts forward effective countermeasures to improve the project management of
Jiujiang communications company. I hope this research can provide guidance for the
management and development of the project team.
