摘要
WT 电厂位于江苏省苏州市和无锡市的交界处,成立于 1956 年。经过 60 多年的
发展,WT 电厂的安全纪录天数、发电量和利润不断创造新的纪录,总装机容量达到
了 2740MW,拥有企业资产规模约至 100 亿元,曾荣获了全国企业管理优秀奖——金
马奖,被国务院确认为国家一级企业。21 世纪,随着长江沿江地区百万级电厂相继
建成投产,WT 电厂逐渐失去昔日长江三角洲电网骨干电厂的地位,受煤炭运输不便
等影响,面临着前所未有的发展压力。在新的电力体制改革环境下,如何抓住机遇,
调整思路,制定科学的发展战略,保持企业可持续发展,是摆在 WT 电厂面前的紧迫
问题

本文从 WT 电厂的实际情况和所处经营环境出发,综合应用相关战略理论和分析
方法,对企业的发展战略进行了深入的研究和讨论。文章首先对 WT 电厂所处的外部
环境和自身的内部环境进行了详细的分析与系统研究。在分析过程中,运用了 PEST
分析法、波特五力模型分析法、SWOT 分析法等战略工具,分析了行业的宏观环境和
竞争现状,明确了企业自身的优势、劣势以及面临的机会和威胁。通过综合分析,提
出 WT 电厂总体上应采用稳步开发战略,其次通过热电联产,成立区域性的检修公司,
建设分布式能源项目的相关多元化战略。在业务上采用成本领先战略,在发展电力项
目的同时利用技术优势,提升效益降低成本,增强竞争力。最后为保证战略有效的实
施,提出了具体的保障措施

Research on Development Strategy of WT Power Plant
Abstract
WT power plant located in the junction of Suzhou and Wuxi city, Jiangsu province,
was founded in 1956. After 60 years of development, the WT power plant&39;s safety record
number, capacity, and constantly create new record profits, the total installed capacity of
2740 MW, enterprise asset size of about 10 billion Yuan, has won the national enterprise
management excellence award, Golden Horse awards, and was confirmed by the state
council as a state-level enterprise. In the 21st century, the Yangtze River region along the
river, many power plants have been completed and put into operation, WT plants gradually
lost past backbone power plant status of the Yangtze River delta grid, due to the
inconvenience of coal transport gap, but also faced with unprecedented development
pressure. Under the new power system reform, How to seize the opportunity to adjust ideas,
develop a scientific development strategy to maintain sustainable development of
enterprises, is placed in front of WT power plant urgent issues. Based on the actual
situation and the operating environment of WT power plant, this paper makes an in-depth
study and discussion on the development strategy of the company in order to make the
combination of theory and practice.
In the paper, the external environment of WT power plant and its internal
environment are analyzed and systematically studied in detail. In the analysis process,
using PEST analysis, Porter five force model analyses, SWOT analysis and other strategic
tools to analyze the industry&39;s macro environment and competitive situation, clear the
company&39;s own advantages, disadvantages and opportunities and threats. Through
comprehensive analysis, it is suggested that WT power plant should be in general use
steadily development strategy, and use related diversification strategy, Expansion of the
second phase of the gas turbine, set up the regional maintenance company and build the
distributed energy project. In the business area using the cost-leading strategy.While the
use of technological advantages, improve efficiency and reduce costs and enhance
competitiveness in the development of power projects. Finally,guarantee measures are put
forward to guarantee the implementation of the strategy.III
