国家昌盛,系于教育;教育发展,关乎民生。从古至今,教育问题一直就是关乎
着每一个家庭的头等大事,现阶段,教育深刻影响着中华民族的复兴和中国梦的实现

以习近平总书记为核心的党中央领导集体高度重视教育改革问题;2012 年 11 月 15 日,
习近平总书记上任伊始,在与中外记者见面会上,谈到了执政目标,关注的第一项任务
就是教育:“我们的人民热爱生活,期盼有更好的教育、更稳定的工作、更满意的收入……
期盼孩子们能成长得更好、工作得更好、生活得更好。人民对美好生活的向往,就是我
们的奋斗目标。”5 年来,中共中央、国务院一直把教育改革放在优先发展的重要战略
地位,积极推进民办教育的发展

中共中央在推进全面深化改革的过程中,对教育事业提出了全面深化、综合改革
的新要求,因而,民间资本持续进入教育领域,完善了我国教育市场体系。随着中国人
口红利的衰减,全面推行放开二胎政策以及家长们长久以来“赢在起跑线”思想的延续,
幼儿教育机构在服务意识、教学质量、素质培养等方面做出了优化改进。严酷的竞争推
动着幼儿教育机构的经营理念快速变化,引发幼儿教育市场迅速扩张、教育资源重新整
合,因此,教育机构的战略管理就显得十分重要

本文基于战略管理相关理论,从社会环境、政策环境、经济环境以及行业竞争环
境等方面对保定剑桥教育集团的外部环境进行详尽梳理;同时对其管理现状、组织结构、
人力资源等内部状况进行细致阐述,总结分析了现阶段保定剑桥教育集团面临的各种问
题与挑战。随后采用 SWOT 分析法和 QSPM 定量矩阵分析法,制定集团的长远发展战
略,并提出延伸产业链的资源整合方法、构建多品牌的多元服务体系、吸纳复合人才的
立体化保障手段、细化幼教市场的全方位营销策略一系列应对措施和保障方法

Historically, education problem has always been about every family&39;s priority, at present,
education profoundly affects the realization of the revival of the Chinese nation and the

committee and the state council has the priority to the development of education reform in the
important strategic position, actively promote the development of private education.
The central committee of the communist party of China in the process of promoting

environment, policy environment, economic environment and industry competition
environment and so on the external environment of baoding Cambridge education group
detailed combing; At the same time the management status, organizational structure, human
resources, such as internal status, a detailed summary analyzes the baoding at Cambridge
education group faces various problems and challenges. Then USES SWOT and QSPMAbstract
