摘要
实际配载是集装箱码头作业及集装箱船舶运输的一个核心环节,它主要解决
集装箱船舶装载时,在保证船舶运营的安全性和经济型的基础上,制定集装箱在
船上的装载位置的计划,并可以在此基础上形成集装箱的装载顺序。不仅如此它
还可以解决集装箱码头生产作业时,在保证船舶动态的基础上,使生产作业有条
不紊的进行,来提髙生产作业效率。单船计划员制定装载计划图质量的高低直接
影响船舶的安全性、经济性以及集装箱码头生产作业的效率。研宄与实际配载相
关的优化问题,对集装箱码头的现代化管理和集装箱船舶运输都有广泛应用价值

码头作业主要包括进口集装箱的提箱作业、出口集装箱的集港作业、集装箱
船舶的装卸船作业等,其中出口集装箱的集港作业和集装箱船舶的装船作业是与
实际配载密不可分的。堆场计划员在对出口集装箱集港进行场地策划后,出口集
装箱即可按照规定的集港时间进行集港。集装箱船舶靠泊前,单船计划员根据船
务公司预配中心所发预配图,结合集港场地实际收箱情况,对集装箱船舶进行实
际配载。最后由中控调度员按照单船计划员所制定的实际配载图组织生产作业

出口集装箱的集港是集装箱船舶进行集装箱出口作业的第一步,所以对集港作业
进行优化,不仅可以提高码头堆场的利用率,还可以使单船计划员在实际配载过
程中,更加合理、高效的利用堆场中己集港的出口集装箱,减少翻倒率和避免作
业线之间发生冲突。然后再对实际配载进行优化,使得中控调度员在组织生产作
业时,其作业过程更加流畅,从而提高生产作业效率

本文首先研宄的是集装箱船舶实际配载的特点,总结了集装箱船舶配载中应
注意的相关参数。其次,利用线性规划方法和启发式算法对出口集装箱的集港作
业进行优化,使得出口集装箱的集港最为合理,再利用以上两种方法对出口集装
箱的实际配载流程进行优化,使得实际配载结果最为高效、合理,从而提髙集装
箱船舶的生产作业效率。最后,以实例对出口集装箱集港作业优化和实际配载流
程优化进行验证,证明优化方法是否可行、是否有效

ABSTRACT
The actual loading is one of the key links of container terminals and container
shipping, which mainly solves the problem of container ship loading, while ensuring the
operation of the ship&39;s safety and economy, make the container in the loading plan of
container ship place, and the container loading sequence is formed on the basis of. Not
only that,but also it can solve the container terminal production operations,on the basis
of ensuring the safety of the ship, so that production operations in an orderly manner to
improve production efficiency. The quality of the loading plan is directly affected by the
shipping planner, which directly affects the safety, economy and efficiency of the
container terminal. The discussing the optimization problems related to the actual
stowage is of great value to the modem management of container terminals and
container shipping.
The working of container port mainly include that the containers lifting of
importation、the containers receiving of export carton, the loading and discharging of
container ship,t the containers receiving of export carton and the loading of container
ship is closely connected with the actual stowage. After the site planning of the
container port is carried out by the yard planner, the container can be set up in
accordance with the specified port collection time. Container ship bathing, single ship
planna- according to the stowage plan of distribution center sending, combined with the
actual collection situation of the port area, the actual stowage of container ship. Finally,
according to the actual stowage plan formulated by the single ship , planner, the central
control dispatcher organizes the production operation. Export container is the first of
container ship export operations, so the optimization of port operation, can not only
improve the yard utilization rate, but also can make the single ship planner in the actual
stowage process, the export of container yard has been set export containers with more
reasonable and efficient, the conflicts between the to reduce and avoid overturning rate
line. Then, optimizing the actual stowage plan, so that the central controller in the
organization of production operations,the operation process is more smooth,so as to
improve production efficiency.
In this paper, the characteristics of the actual stowage of container ships are studied
firstly. Secondly, on the export of container port operations were optimized using the

linear programming method and a heuristic algorithm,making the export container is
the most reasonable, then using the above two methods on the actual export container
loading process optimization, making the actual stowage is the most efficient and
reasonable, so as to improve the production efficiency of container ships. Finally, an
example is given to verify the optimization of the container port operation and the
optimization of the actual loading process.

集装箱运输自20世纪50年代兴起以后,由于它具有装卸效率高、货损率低
等优点,因而迅速在全世界海运业发展起来。随着世界贸易的发展,单件杂货及
部分散货逐渐被集装箱化,同时集装箱的运量也在呈现持续增长的态势。集装箱
