车间管理控制体系构建的主要内容有5方面:车间质量控制、环境改善、职
业健康与安全方面日常检查、必要有效的绩效考核、符合需求并有愿景的培训等

质量控制依托于IS09001质量管理体系,通过体系中质量控制、产品追溯、
质量统计、检验检查等方面的展开,构成车间质量控制的主要内容;环境改善依
托于IS014001环境管理体系和5S管理的要求,通过现场环境错乱的改善和员工
个人形象的发声等进行展开;安全检查日常化主要依托于0HSAS18001职业健康与
安全管理体系和安全标准化建设的要求,通过对安全演练、安全操作流程、隐患
排查等问题的阐述进行展开;必要的绩效考核主要是针对现场职工的计时与计件
的有效结合,最大程度的调动员工积极性来展开;符合需求并有愿景的培训主要
是从员工与公司共同的角度出发,提出能够满足职工愿景与公司导向的培训内容
和方式,力求将职工打造成与企业同呼吸共命运的不断提高觉悟与素质的团队

车间管理控制体系一体化系统是以全面质量管理、5S现场环境、安全标准化、
职业健康、计件计时相结合的车间绩效、完善有效的员工培训五项要素为基础的
一体化系统,通过统一车间管理控制认识与标准、按照可追溯性的要求、将现场
环境与职业健康监控结合、在完全状态排查安全隐患、对各种废弃物有效处理、
车间员工在恰当计件计时激励政策下、主动参与相关培训提升自我的相关要素集
成起来组成的一体化系统建设,以达到改变生产加工、系统决策、沟通模式、数
据集合与分析的目的,并形成了多种生产环境和市场需求,高质量、高效率、高
柔性的现代车间管理控制系统;主要做如下工作:1)改变组织架构,使QHSE三体
系负责部门合一,成立质量安全环保部。2)分解各要素控制主体,为各要素平衡
加权做准备。3)培训各个构建要素作用,对构建车间管理控制体系的必要性取得
共识。4)将车间绩效考核纳入到季度奖考核项目中。5)制定车间管理控制体系
标准。6)建立车间管理控制体系,并对项目进行检查和对人的严格要求。7)追
踪车间管理控制体系执行情况,并随时做出调整。8)车间管理控制体系一体化的
系统优化

中文摘要
论文中糅合了质量、环境、安全与职业健康、绩效考核、有效培训等几大要
素构建车间管理控制体系,虽然有一定经济理论与运营理论的支撑,但是,未能
很好的阐述分析车间管理控制体系的完备性与系统性,数据分析缺也少,使车间
管理控制体系构建研究的深度不够;论文最后想法是将车间管理控制体系构建做
成类似QHSE体系的严谨与系统,使其真正能够贴合企业车间内部控制需求,进而
指导大多数中小企业的车间管理控制体系的构建

ABSTRACT
Workshop management control system to build the main content of five aspects:
workshop quality control, environment, occupational health and safety daily inspection,
necessary and effective performance appraisal, conform to the requirements and have
vision training, etc.
Quality control on the ISO9001 quality management system, through the system of
quality control, product traceability and quality statistics, inspection check, constitute
the main content of the workshop quality control; Environmental improvement depends
on the requirements of ISO14001 environment management system and 5 s
management, disordered improve through on-site environment and the voice of the
individual image etc; Security check day-to-day work mainly on OHSAS18001
occupational health and safety management system and the construction of safety
standardization requirements, through the hidden perils in safety drills, safe operation,
expounds the problems such as talks; Necessary performance review is mainly aimed at
the timing of the worker and unit of effective combination,the greatest degree to
motivate the employees to expand; Conform to the requirements and have vision
training mainly from the perspective of staff and company,put forward to satisfy the
worker vision of training content and the way with the company, striving to make the
worker the shard a common fate with the enterprise&39;s increasing awareness and quality
team.

control system, the necessity of consensus. 4) to include performance appraisal
workshop in quarterly award assessment project. 5) to make workshop control system
standard. 6) check table set workshop control system, and will check project, request to
people. 7) track workshop control system implementation, and to adjust at any time. 8)
workshop control system optimization of system integration.
The thesis combines the quality, environment, occupational safety and health
training,performance appraisal and effective elements build a shop floor management
control system, etc. And while there are certain economic theory and operation theory
support, but not very good in tiiis paper, the analysis of the completeness and systemic
workshop control system, data analysis, lack of, and also make the workshop control
system to build the research depth is not enough; Paper finally idea is to build the
workshop management control system to make similar QHSE system of rigorous and
system, enables the real joint enterprise internal control requirements, and then guide
the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises of the construction of the workshop
management control system
