丛台区作为邯郸市的核心城区，地理位置优越，交通便利，但在发展空间上
略显不足、基础设施相对陈旧、产业发展亟需转型。“魅力实力平安新丛台”城
市发展目标的实现需要产业、空间、载体支撑，发展楼宇经济可以有效提升城市
品位、拓宽发展空间、扩大产出效益，对丛台区经济结构转型、实现经济的持续
健康的发展具有重要的现实意义和深远的战略意义
本文首先明确了楼宇经济概念及发展背景，对楼宇经济国内外研究现状等进
行梳理，然后选取一线、二线、三线城市发展楼宇经济的现状进行分析研究，得
出楼宇经济的主要特征、存在的主要问题及对丛台区楼宇经济发展的启示。最后，
在明晰现阶段丛台区楼宇经济对丛台区经济的影响的基础上，采用 SWOT 分析法对
丛台区发展楼宇经济的优劣势进行了分析，并据此提出了符合丛台区实际的楼宇
经济发展对策建议
论文中所涉及的丛台区楼宇经济方面的内容，均是通过调查研究，归纳总结
所得。同时本文密切联系探讨主题，根据所学所见提出针对性较强的丛台区楼宇
经济发展实施方案，旨在优化丛台区楼宇经济发展，进而提升邯郸经济发展水平

Abstract
Since the 1990s, the building economy with which the features of the resource
intensive, industrial agglomeration and space integration has developed rapidly ,
bringing a strong impetus to regional economic growth. It is also because of this reason,
the building economy has attracted the concerns of local government and enterprises.
The scholars have also discussed this.
As the core district of Handan, the Congtai district has advantageous position and
convenient transportation, but slightly insufficient in the development space, lacking of
infrastructure and the industrial development urgently needs transformation. The
development purpose of Charming, Strong, Safe and New Congtai needs the support
of industry, space and carrier. The development of building economy which can
effectively enhance the taste of the city, expand the development space, enlarge output
benefit, has important, practical and far-reaching strategic significance for the economic
structure transformation and sustainable and healthy economic development of the
Congtai district.
This paper firstly explains related concepts and development background, then
comds the research status at home and abroad of building economy. Through analyzing
the urban construction of building economy in first tier, second tier, and third tier cities,
this paper obtains the main characteristics, the main problems of building economy and
revelation for Congtai district. At last, as understanding the influence of the current
building economy of Congtai district and by adopting SWOT analysis method on the
actual basis of the building economy of Congtai district, this paper tries to advance the
suitable developing strategy of building economy for Congtai district.
The contents relevant to the building economy of Congtai district are all obtained
by investigation and summarization. Meanwhile, closely associating with the discussion
theme, this paper puts forward feasible and revisable solution in accordance with the
knowledge and experience of the author, so as to optimize the development of building
economy of Congtai district.
