六西格玛在 A 公司质量管理中的应用研究
中文摘要
六西格玛是在全面质量管理方法的基础上发展出的一种持续改进业务流程的方
法体系。它通过系统的改进业务流程,消除过程缺陷和无价值作业,从而提高质量和
服务、降低成本、缩短运转周期,达到客户完全满意,增强企业竞争力。
随着世界经济一体化的发展,越来越多的国内企业参与到了国际竞争。质量是决
定竞争胜负的关键要素,企业想要获得成功就必须从质量着手。制造业是国民经济的
基础,我国制造业经过多年的积累和发展,虽然取得了举世瞩目的成就,但是在产品
质量方面,还有很大的进步空间。为了在激烈的竞争中取胜,我国制造型企业应学习
和应用世界先进管理理论,例如六西格玛管理,努力提高产品质量和降低企业成本。
本文首先对六西格玛管理及质量管理的进行了阐述,系统的介绍了六西格玛管理
的含义、方法和工具等。接着对质量管理概念、发展、相关理论进行了介绍,并对六
西格玛与 ISO9000、全面质量管理进行了比较分析。然后对 A 公司质量现状进行分析,
归纳了质量管理中存在的主要问题,针对问题实施了六西格玛改善方案。最后,对企
业实施六西格玛管理的配套措施进行了强化。相信本次研究能够为我国制造型企业应
用六西格玛管理提升产品质量提供一些经验和启示。

Research on Application of Six Sigma in
A Company&39;s Quality Management
Abstract
Six Sigma is a processes continual improvement method which developed from Total
Quality Management. It can eliminate process defects, improve product quality and service
quality, reduce cycle time and lowering costs, achieve the customers&39; satisfaction and
increase the enterprise’s competitiveness by improving the process.
With the development of the global economic integration, more and more enterprises
have participated in the international market competition. Quality is a key factor which
relates to success or failure in the competition. If an enterprise wants to succeed, firstly it
should improve the quality. Manufacturing industry is foundation of the whole national
economy. Our country’s manufacturing industry has made remarkable achievement after
years of development. But the product&39;s quality still has a big margin for improvement.In
order to win in the fierce competition, China&39;s manufacturing enterprises should learn and
apply the world advanced management theory, such as Six Sigma management, to improve
the quality of products and reduce the cost of enterprises.
First, this paper briefly introduces Six Sigma and Quality Management, and describes
the definition method and tool of Six Sigma. Secondly, introduces the definition and
development and relevant theory of Quality Management, and compares Six Sigma with
ISO9000 and Total Quality Management. Thirdly, analyses the current status of quality
management of company A and sums up major problems, and application of Six Sigma to
solve these problems. Finally, for better implementation of Six Sigma, enforces the
supporting measures. I believe this study can provide some experience and inspiration for
our country’s manufacturing enterprises in using Six Sigma improve product quality.
