摘要
随着销售规模的不断增长，受发展瓶颈的制约，增长速度不断减缓，未来可
持续发展的动力及后劲不足，谋求转型升级、取得更大发展的需求变得越来越强
烈，这是我国许多企业的发展现状。转型升级发展是解决企业发展瓶颈、保持持
续发展动力的重要举措，是企业发展过程中的重大决策，能够带来机遇的同时也
可能带来风险

目标企业是一家大型企业集团旗下新注册成立的独立运营的企业，依托集团
公司的平台和资源，经过几年的高速发展后，企业出现了增长放缓、成熟业务利
润率下滑、发展后劲不足的问题，谋求转型升级的愿望非常强烈和迫切。目标企
业的发展历程及发展阶段演变是我国众多企业发展过程中的一个缩影

本论文采用理论联系实际的方法论，首先对国内外企业转型升级发展研究相
关理论进行阐述，主要是企业战略管理理论、竞争力理论、动态能力理论、价值
链理论等，接着对转型升级研究现状进行梳理，然后结合目标企业当前发展的实
际情况，运用调查法、SWOT 分析法等分析工具方法，对目标企业的优势、劣势、
外部环境的机会和威胁进行全面分析，通过聚焦定位，找到企业转型升级发展的
切入点，并多角度的制定转型升级发展的保障措施，确保目标企业转型升级发展
的可操作、可落地

由于国内外对企业转型升级发展的研究并不多，本文对国内外企业转型升级
发展研究是一个补充，是企业转型升级发展理论联系实际的详细论述，对国内外
企业转型升级发展的理论研究及实际操作具有重要的意义

Summary
At present the classical situation of our developing enterprises is that with the continuous
growth of sales scale, the growth rate is slowing down due to the bottleneck of development,
which will lead to the lack of power and stamina for the sustainable development. Transformation
and upgrading of development helping to solve the bottleneck and maintain a sustainable
development of enterprises, is a major decision in the process of enterprise development, which
may not only bring opportunities but also risks.
Target enterprise is a new registered company with independent operation which is belonged
to a large enterprise group. Relying on the platform and resources of the group, after several years
of rapid development, the company has experienced a slowdown in growth, mature business profit
margins decline and lack of stamina. It is a strong and urgent desire of transformation and
upgrading for this company of which the development process and development stage is a
microcosm of the development of many enterprises in our country.
This paper adopts the methodology of combining theory with practice. In this paper, through
stating and combing the related theories (enterprise strategic management theory, competitiveness
theory, dynamic capability theory, value chain theory) on domestic and foreign transformation and
upgrading of the enterprise development research, combined with the actual situation of the
current development in the target enterprise, using the method of investigation and SWOT
analysis, the comprehensive analysis will show the strengths, weaknesses of this company, and
also the opportunities and threats of the external environment, meanwhile formulate the relevant
supporting measures from multiple perspectives by focusing location, which will make sure the
transformation and upgrading of this company is operable and practicable.
As domestic and foreign research on the development of enterprise transformation and
upgrading is not much, this article which is a supplement for the research on the transformation
and upgrading of enterprises at home and abroad, is of great significance to the practical operation
of the transformation and upgrading for domestic and foreign enterprises.
