摘要
2009 年至今,中国作为出口大国正一步步得由制造大国向制造强国转变。近些年,
国内工程机械市场很不景气,但机械类出口却实现了大幅度提升。临工金利机械有限公
司也在这个过程中逐渐成长起来,随着和世界五百强企业的配套,现有的出口订单业务
流程在操作中表现出很大的漏洞,为了更高效地完成产品的交付,降低公司的管理成本,
需要对现有的出口订单管理流程进行改进

通过对临工金利机械有限公司的出口订单中出现的问题的分析,再借鉴山东临工,
沃尔沃建筑设备的先进的管理方式和流程,结合国际贸易这个特殊的贸易形式和公司自
身的特殊情况,对在拿到订单后一系列的流程,工艺和标准的评审、生产计划的提报、
生产流程的管理方式、海外客户的库存管理、客户的账单周期管理等环节进行改进

改进后的流程管理,会大大地提高工艺和标准评审的准确性,生产计划提报的及
时性,生产流程管理方式的高效性,海外客户库存管理的有效性和客户账单周期管理的
精确性,这使临工金利国际贸易部在出口订单的管理过程中更加的高效,通过每个流程
的紧密衔接,不仅减少了多余的管理费用,更提前完成了产品的交付,这在很大程度上
提高了工作效率,推进了公司出口业务的进一步拓展。在提升临工金利机械有限公司出
口业务能力的同时,也提高了公司 LPS 的管理效率,为海外业务的拓展,品牌效力的
确立,创建学习型企业都提供了有利的条件

OPTIMISZING ANALYSIS
ABSTRACT
Since 2009, China is changing from the manufacturing country to the powerful
manufacturing country as an exporter step by step. In recent years, the domestic construction
machinery market is very depressed, but the export of machinery has greatly improved.
LingongJinli Machinery Company gradually grew up in this process, and with the supporting
export orders from the world&39;s top five hundred enterprises, LingongJinli found many
existing big loophole in the operation in this business process, in order to make more efficient
on the delivery of goods, reduce the cost of the company&39;s management, LingongJinli have to
improve the export orders’ process in the existing management.
Through the problem analysis of LingongJinli Machinery&39;s export orders, and taking
example of Shandong Lingong (SDLG) and Volvo Construction Machinery (VCE) advanced
management methods and processes, combing with the special circumstances of international
trade and the special conditions of the company&39;s own, then LingongJinli make some
improvement on the following process: the process after getting the orders, the audit of
workmanship processes and standards, the revision of the production plan report, production
process management, overseas customers inventory management, customer management and
other aspects of the international trade.
The process management after improvement, which will improve the accuracy of
process and standard of revision, the timeliness of the production plan report, the efficiency
of the production management method, the effectiveness of overseas customers inventory
management and the accuracy of customer billing cycle management, which also makes the
LingongJinli international trade department work with much more high efficiency in the
management process of export orders. Through each process are closely engaged, not only
reduces the redundant management costs, but also faster the completion of the production
delivery, which improves the work efficiency to a great extent, to promote the company to
further expand the export business. Meanwhile, LingongJinli export business ability will get
faster improved , also about the efficiency of LPS management of the company. By this
perfection methods, LingongJinli provide favorable conditions to expand overseas business,
establish the brand effect, create a learning enterprises.
