本文以三一重机为例,以国、内外众多学者相关课题研究为参照,参考供应商管
理理论研究成果,在工程机械供应商管理研究基础上全面展开,介绍三一重机基本情
况,从不同方面进行分析,反映该公司当前供应商管理状况。从供应商关系、质量、
绩效管理为着眼点,在此基础上分析了三一重机供应商管理目前存在问题,包含评价
流程不规范、产品质量管控不佳,以及供应商考核指标不合理。结合相关的理论知识
和三一重机的现状,本论文从供应商关系优化、质量管理体系优化和绩效考核优化三
个方面提出了公司的供应商管理改进方案,具体措施包含几方面,如供应商评价体系
重建等。最后再分析列举了实施供应商管理改进方案的相关保障措施,包含供应商的
融资支持、信息共享平台、建立高效沟通机制等
本文主要针对三一重机供应商管理模式进行研究,寻找其中不足之处,力图加以
改善,使其团队实力得以提高,在竞争中获得更大优势,并且有利于长期战略伙伴关
系建立,通过这种方式加强后备支持,为有效管理提供依据,给后续发展奠定基础,
企业与供应商之间形成命运共同体,在共赢基础上占据更多市场份额,从而铸就领先
地位

Abstract
Today, the engineering machinery industry has become a pillar industry in many
countries. With the rapid development of China&39;s economy and the growth of urban
economy, it can be expected that in the next few years, China&39;s engineering machinery
industry will continue to develop at a faster pace. As the engineering machinery parts are
related to a wide range of products, production processes very widely, and the level of
suppliers have their advantages, so effective supplier management is a very complex
process. Therefore, how to make suppliers and enterprises from the ordinary relationship
between the evolutions of the relationship into a cooperative relationship, and thus achieve
the win-win objective, is the need to address a topic.
In this paper, as SANY Heavy Machinery for example, and many scholars research
results on the supplier management and engineering machinery supplier management both
inside and outside the country, basic situation of SANY Heavy Machinery is constructed. And
from the research of supplier relationship management, supplier quality management and
supplier performance management, the paper analyzes the status quo of the current
supplier management of SANY Heavy Machinery. Based on the analysis, the author analyzes
the current problems of supplier management, including the evaluation process is not
standardized, poor product quality control, and supplier evaluation indicators unreasonable.
On the base of relevant theoretical knowledge and the status quo of SANY Heavy Machinery,
this paper puts forward the improvement plan of supplier management from the aspects of
supplier relationship optimization, quality management system optimization and
performance appraisal optimization. The concrete measures include supplier evaluation
system reconstruction, establishing supply quality improvement group, and the application
of hierarchical process audit, supplier evaluation indicators updating and so on. At last, the
relevant safeguard measures, including the financing support, information sharing platform
and establishing efficient communication mechanism, are listed in the paper to implement

This paper focuses on the analysis of the management model of Sany Heavy
Machinery suppliers, seeks to improve the advantages of the team, improves its team
strength, gains greater advantage in the competition, and is conducive to the establishment
of long-term strategic partnership. These ways to strengthen the reserve support for the
effective management are provided the basis for the follow-up for the development of
enterprises and form a stable community, basing on win-win to occupy more market share,
which casts a leading position.
