摘要
改革开放以来,国外建筑企业大批涌入,工程规模大量缩减,国内建筑企业的
数量快速增长,使得建筑业面临的挑战日益增大。建筑企业要想长期发展下去,必
须改变原有的经营管理模式,重视对企业竞争战略的研究,这样才能把企业做大做
强。近年来,L 建设有限公司不断扩大公司规模,经济效益不断提高,也突显出了
战略管理的重要性

当今社会的市场竞争日益激烈,企业要以适应市场经济需求为前提,通过价格、
技术、营销策略、服务水平等多种手段,从不同方面提高自身竞争力。建筑企业如
果想获得长足发展,就应该制定明确的、长远的、全面的企业竞争战略,制定企业
的经营方向,确定业务领域,明确所要进入的市场,进一步分配企业有限的内部资
源,从而使企业在所属领域中具备强有力的竞争力

在国际上,大约从上世纪中期开始对战略管理进行研究。在研究的过程中,产
生了大量有关战略管理的基本理论。本论文根据相关的战略管理理论和模型,通过
具体分析 L 建设有限公司内部环境、外部环境、自身能力等因素,结合自身优势,
制定出一套真正适应公司发展的竞争战略,为战略的具体实施研究出一系列切实可
行的保障措施。本论文深入研究了 L 建设有限公司的竞争战略,提高同类企业对战
略管理的重视程度,希望本论文中的相关理论、分析方法和研究结论,能够对同类
企业的相关研究有所帮助

Abstract
Since reform and opening-up, influx of foreign construction enterprises, greatly
engineering scale cutting, rapid growth of the number of domestic construction
enterprises, made the construction industry face bigger challenge. Construction
enterprises want to develop for a long time, must change the original management pattern,
pay more attention to the study of enterprise competitive strategy, only in this way can the
enterprises become bigger and stronger. In recent years, L construction co., LTD. expands
constantly, and its benefit is increasing, this highlights the importance of strategic
management.
In today&39;s society compete in market is increasing, as the premise the enterprise must
adapt to the demand of the market economy, and improve their competitiveness from
different aspects, such as price, technology, marketing strategy, service level,. If
construction corporations want to stand in an impregnable position in, and achieved rapid
development, should set clear, long-term and comprehensive enterprise competitive
strategy, determine the enterprise’s management direction, business areas, and the market
to enter, further distribution limited internal resources of enterprises, so that enterprises
have strong competitiveness in the field of subordinate.
In the world, study of strategic management started from the middle of last century.
In the process of research, a large number of relevant basic theories of strategic
management are produced. This paper takes L construction co., LTD as an example,
according to the related theory and mode of strategic management, through concretely
analyzing the external environment and internal environment and their capabilities of L
construction co., LTD., to make a competition strategy suitable for the enterprise.
Enterprises should combine their own advantages, to develop a set of a competitive
strategy truly adapt to the development of the company, for the study of the strategy of the
concrete implementing a series of feasible measures.This thesis through the further
research of competitive strategy of the L construction co., LTD., to improve the degree of
attention to the strategic management of similar enterprises, hope the related theory, the
analysis method and the research conclusion in this paper, can be helpful for the related
research of similar enterprises.
