摘要
众所周知,库存是一把双刃剑,既有它的好处又有它的弊端,库存的好处在于
可以应付各种变化,起到应急和缓冲的作用,库存还能防止短缺,缩短供货周期,
提高对客户的响应,同时库存还能维持生产和销售的稳定,但库存也存在诸多的弊
端,诸如占用大量资金、增加企业的生产成本及管理成本影响企业利润、掩盖了生
产经营中的各种问题等,库存管理已经成为企业经营中最为重要的课题之一。库存
管理涉及到企业经营活动中的方方面面,在提高库存管理水平的过程中,对企业生
产、采购、财务、质检等管理部门均起到拉动提升的作用。通过构建库存管理体系,
综合带动整个企业的管理水平,同时结合“零库存”管理的先进管理理念及方法,
创建适合企业发展所需的库存管理体系,使企业在激烈的市场环境中更具有竞争力

首先,通过对大量国内外专家学者关于库存管理的研究总结进行阅读,对库存
管理的概念、内容、方法以及起源进行了系统的阐述,为唐山方舟实业公司构建库
存管理方案打下了理论基础

其次,在理论研究的基础上,对唐山方舟实业公司库存管理现状和存在的问题
进行了分析归纳。发现企业管理结构导致部门间运作效率不佳,同时采购、验收、
入库流程混乱导致信息传递不畅而使生产受到极大限制,强调对公司进行库存管理
改革的必要性

最后,根据公司所处环境和自身发展所需建立适用于唐山方舟实业公司的库存
优化管理方案,应用ABC分析法对库存物资进行分级管理,并采取重点管控物资引
入VMI库存管理模式,其它物资应用常规订货方法进行采购,从而在企业现有人员
水平及业务规模的前提下提高企业库存管理水平,增强企业自身竞争力

Abstract
As we all know, the inventory is a double-edged sword, both its benefits and its
drawbacks, the benefits of inventory can cope with changes, play the role of emergency
and buffer, inventory can prevent shortages, shorten the delivery cycle, improve the
response to customers, while the stock can maintain the stability of production and sales,
but there are many drawbacks of inventory, such as taking up a lot of money to increase
the cost of production and management costs affect corporate profits, cover up the
production and operation of the various problems, etc., inventory management has become
one of the most important issues in business. Inventory management involves all aspects
of business activities, in improving the level of inventory management process, the
production, procurement, finance, quality inspection and other management departments
have played a role in pulling. Through the construction of inventory management system,
integrated the management level of the whole enterprise, combined with the zero
inventory management of advanced management concepts and methods to create suitable
for enterprise development needs inventory management system, make the enterprise
more competitive in the fierce market environment.
First of all, based on a large number of domestic and foreign experts and scholars
research on inventory management summed up to read.The concept, content, method and
origin of inventory management are systematically expounded . For the Tangshan
Fangzhou Industrial Company to build inventory management program laid the theoretical
basis.
Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research, the status quo and existing problems of
inventory management of Tangshan Fangzhou Industrial Company are analyzed and
summarized. Found that the enterprise management structure led to inefficient
inter-departmental operation, while the procurement, acceptance, storage process
confusion led to poor transmission of information and make production is greatly limited,
