AN 公司库存管理优化研究
中文摘要
供应链战略管理在现代企业经营管理中占着及其重要的功能，而库存管理又是供
应链管理的核心环节。库存管理所要解决的核心问题是如何保证满足客户的需求的前
提条件下将库存成本控制在最低的范围之内，这样既满足了市场同时又能减少企业自
身成本，使企业效益达到最大化。改善库存管理，控制库存成本，满足客户需求，提
高市场竞争力，是当今企业值得研究的问题

本文以 AN 公司库存管理为研究对象，首先分析公司库存管理现状，指出公司库
存管理目前存在的问题，即物料管理粗放，库存数据不准确，库存多成本高，周转率
低等；其次对这些问题进行分析，找出导致这些问题产生的根本原因；最后从库存控
制的角度出发，利用 ABC-XYZ 分类法，对物料进行细分管理，并通过需求预测模型，
EOQ 模型，安全库存理论知识，集合企业资源管理系统，提出了有针对性的库存管理
改善措施和方法，通过这些改进的实施使 AN 公司的库存管理得到优化，有效的控制
了库存，降低了库存及成本，提高了效益

最后，对本文的观点进行了归纳总结，强调了库存管理的重要性，文中的一些改
进措施，对其他同类企业也具有一定的参考价值

Abstract
Supply chain strategic management plays an important role in modern enterprise
management ,Inventory management is the core of supply chain management, To solve the
core problem of the inventory management is how to ensure the premise of meeting the
customers demand to reduce inventory cost to control in the lowest range .this will not only
meet the market at same time but also reduce the cost of their own enterprise and can
maximize the benefits of enterprise .Optimization and improvement of inventory
management ,inventory cost control ,customer satisfaction , improve competitiveness is a
problem worthy of study today .
In this study AN company inventory management as the research object, the first
analysis the company inventory management present situation, point out the existing
problem in the inventory management of the company, such as lack of scientific inventory
management, inaccurate inventory data, high stock cost, low turnover rate; Secondly Find
out the root cause through analysis these problem ; Finally from the view of inventory
control, point out the corresponding improvement measures using ABC-XYZ classification
method congregated the demand forecast model EOQ model and safety stock management
theory., enterprise resource management system. Through these implement of these
improvement, AN company’s inventory indicators achieves the group’s goals, controls the
inventory effectively and improves the efficiency.
Finally, it makes a summary about all the opinions which has been stated in the
article , Emphasizes the importance of inventory management . The improvement measures
have reference value for the other similar enterprise either .
