摘要
情绪管理是企业的一种重要资本管理。英国咨询大师凯文汤姆
森曾提出,21世纪的员工管理中,企业员工的情绪将成为一项严重
影响企业价值的因素,也是为企业创造价值的关键因素和资源,情绪
管理与员工的学识、学历、智力、专业技能等同等重要,属于企业资
产负债表的宝贵财富。更有人预言,企业未来的发展及其在面临挑战
的表现,都将与企业对应的管理员工情绪的措施有直接关系。所以,
企业管理人要重视员工情绪的管理,分析影响情绪变化的因素,进而
加强企业员工情绪管理,这无论是对于企业还是员工都是十分有利
的。企业的管理者在调动企业员工的积极性和工作热情上作用很关
键,好的情绪管理能够帮助管理者更好地实现员工的自我价值,为企
业创造收益,也会辅助员工很好地处理复杂的人际关系,给员工积极
进取的工作状态和外部环境,凝聚企业核心凝聚力,打造团结、和谐
的企业氛围

文章以安踏集团新生代农民工为主要研究对象,结合情绪管理相
关理论,对安踏集团新生代农民工的情绪管理展开研究。首先,在绪
论中介绍文章的研宄背景、目的意义、相关文献综述、研究内容和方
法以及技术路线图;其次,对情绪管理的概念以及相关理论基础展开
描述;再次,介绍安踏集团现状、安踏集团新生代农民工情绪管理存
在的问题以及问题的成因;第四,对安踏集团新生代农民工情绪管理
展开实证分析;第五,根据实证分析的结果提出针对安踏集团新生代

Abstract
Emotional management is an important capital management of an
enterprise. British consulting expert Kevin Thomson has suggested that
the staff management in the 21st century,the mood of employees will
become a serious factor in the value of the enterprise, but also for the

management and staff Knowledge, education, intelligence, professional

1.1研究背景v目的和意义
1.1.1研究背景
在信息化的现代社会,伴随经济飞速发展,人民的生活水平显著提高。与此
同时,经济发展对社会的负面影响也逐渐显现。经济发展带来的是企业员工工作
节奏加快、工作负荷增加、精神压力加大、个人幸福感降低,因工作引致的负面
情绪成为困扰员工的新问题。持续性的负面情绪不仅影响员工个人的工作积极性
和生活热情,而且会成为员工家庭、公司集团、乃至整个社会的不和谐因素。因
此,对企业员工开展专门情绪管理,及时识别、疏导员工负面情绪,任务紧迫、
意义重大。情绪管理问题在学术界日益形成关注,但企业层面对此问题仍缺乏足
够的认识与重视。企业应对员工负面情绪的常用方法通常是进行语言上的简单安
慰,或给予部分加薪或提升福利的物质层面补偿。本文通过调查问卷分析发现,
员工情绪除了受到物质层面的工资待遇、福利等因素影响外,还存在诸多深层因
素亟待挖掘。企业员工不仅会受到家庭、工作环境、同事等显性因素的影响,还
会受到精神、心理层面的隐性因素影响,负面情绪的长期累积会导致心理异化,
出现烦闷、痛苦、压抑、抑郁等症状。负面情绪不仅影响企业员工的心理健康,
还可能会引发与公司同事、顾客、管理者的人际冲突,破坏企业良好氛围,甚至
会出现员工频发辞职、跳槽等现象,严重影响企业员工队伍的稳定性
