摘要
任何企业的供应商都是企业绩效管理中最重要的一个环节,因为供应商能直接影
响到企业生产的效率和交货期,所以对于企业而言,如何科学有效的对供应商进行评
与选择,是每个生产企业都要思考的问题。尤其在手机代工生产行业中,由于行业竞
争和价格波动较为剧烈,所以更应该把握好供应商选择和管理这个重要环节,实现降
低成本,提高生产效率,才能使手机代工企业的竞争优势提到提升

本论文以 A 代工企业为例,利用供应商管理与评价的整体框架理论,系统性的
分析了 A 公司供应商评价考核的主要内容,并应用五力模型分析了 A 公司的外部环
境,对其潜在竞争者进行了一系列数据分析,然后结合 A 公司供应商管理现状和供
应商管理实践和结果,指出当前 A 公司在供应商管理中存在的问题,发现 A 公司在
供应商开发选择流程上、供应商整合管理上及供应商绩效管理上存在问题,最终探索
并构建了完善 A 公司有供应商管理和优化体系,其中重点应用层次分析法对 A 公司
的供应商开发选择进行了系统分析,旨在能完善 A 公司供应商管理体系,有助于减
少特定客户采购环节的运行风险,促进 A 公司供应商管理的健康稳步发展。并为行
业的供应商管理标准提供实践参考

Abstract
Supplier&39;s comprehensive ability and weak performance of enterprises and even the
whole supply chain have a major impact. So how to correctly, scientifically evaluate and
select suppliers become an important task facing the enterprise. Especially in the mobile
phone foundry industry,more and more competitive,rapidly changing prices,select the
appropriate suppliers, and established long-term cooperation relationship with suppliers,
in order to obtain cost competitive advantage, and shorten the lead time and at the same
time also can meet the needs of the enterprise&39;s strategic goals.
With A foundry company as an example, this paper based on the overall framework
of supplier management and evaluation of the theory, systematically analyzes the supplier
evaluation of the main contents of A company and five model is used to analyze the
external environment of company A, the potential competitors in A series of data
analysis , and then combined with A company management status of supplier
management, supplier management practices through A company and as A result, points
out the problems existing in the current supplier management , found in supplier
development and selection process, A company of supplier integration management and
supplier performance management existence question, finally explores to build perfect
effective supplier management optimization system, which focus on analytic hierarchy
process (ahp) was applied to A company to choose the supplier development of system
analysis, aimed at to improve supplier management system helps A company reduce the
operational risk, specific customer purchasing link to promote the healthy and steady
development of supplier management A company. And provide practical reference for
industry standard of supplier management.
