近年来,随着国家的房地产市场的大力发展和城市化建设紧锣密鼓的进行,水泵
行业作为一个基础行业也得到了迅猛的发展。市场对水泵产品的需求量也随之增加,
对水泵产品的需求种类也随着应用环境的不同而越来越多

GLF 水泵苏州公司作为世界水泵行业主要生产商,GLF 水泵生产和销售扩张的
结果是近几年来集团的营业额在增长的同时,盈利却是在下降,这给 GLF 水泵带来
了压力。随着市场和竞争环境的变化,GLF 水泵苏州公司应对未来的战略应当做出调

本文正是在这样的基础上,做了 GLF 水泵苏州公司的战略分析和设计。首先,
绪论部分先介绍了本论文的研究背景和意义,以及研究目的和方法,并对国内外相关
行业发展现状做了介绍。然后,对一些理论基础和基本的分析方法做了简单的介绍

接着对公司外部环境和内部环境进行了分析,通过运用总体经营环境 PEST 分析的方
法、迈克尔波特的五力模型、行业环境分析、外部因素 EFE 矩阵,对 GLF 水泵苏州
公司的外部环境进行了分析和评价。再次,通过运用价值链分析包括基础活动和辅助
活动、内部因素评价矩阵 IFE 等剖析了 GLF 水泵苏州公司的内部因素。最后,在上
述分析的基础上,进行了 IE 矩阵分析,得出公司在未来的发展上应采取加强型战略

之后,基于 GLF 水泵苏州公司的愿景、使命,制定出公司的加强型发展战略。对 GLF
水泵苏州公司的加强型发展战略进行了分解,提出了具体的战略实施措施和保障措施

最后,对本论文做了总结和展望

根据本论文的研究结果,GLF 水泵苏州公司的未来战略核心是紧抓核心产品、提
高品牌价值、着力高端市场。在此核心战略基础上,分为了三个部分,分别是战略调
整阶段,识别核心业务,剔除无潜力业务;战略布局阶段,向高附加值项目的侧重和
转移;战略发展阶段,提高品牌价值,提高产品竞争力。在此核心战略及战略步骤上,
又继续阐述了战略实施的一些具体策略,包括产品策略、生产运营策略、供应链策略、
组织结构策略、人力资源策略等,另外,还有一些战略实施保障措施,包括制度保障、
组织结构优化、加强信息管理建设等

In recent years, with the country&39;s real estate market and the strong development of urban
construction in full swing, the pump industry as a basic industry has also been rapid
development. The market demand for water pump products also increased, the demand for
water pump products with the application of the environment is also more and more.
GLF Pumps Suzhou, as the world&39;s leading manufacturer of water pumps, the result of GLF
pumps&39; production and sales expansion is that the Group&39;s turnover is growing at the same
time, while profit is declining, which puts pressure on GLF pumps. With the changes in the
market and the competitive environment, GLF pumps Suzhou companies should make
adjustments to future strategies.
This article is based on this, made a GLF pump Suzhou company&39;s strategic analysis and
design. First of all,theintroductionpart introduces theresearchbackground andsignificance
ofthisthesis,aswellastheresearchpurposeandmethod,andintroducesthe current situation
of related industry at home and abroad. Then, some theoretical basis and basic analysis
methods are briefly introduced. Then, the paper analyzes the external environment and
internal environment of the company, through the use of the overall business environment
PEST analysis method, the market and the competitive environment, the Michael Porter&39;s
five force model, the industryenvironment analysis, the external factor EFE matrix, the GLF
pump Suzhou company The external environment was analyzed and evaluated. Thirdly, the
internal factors of GLF pump Suzhou are analyzed through the use of value chain analysis,
including basic activities and auxiliary activities, internal factor evaluation matrix. Finally,
on the basis of the above analysis, the company in the future development should take
aggressive strategy. After the development of GLF pump Suzhou company&39;s corporate
strategy, corporate vision, mission and so on. Based on the GLF pump Suzhou company&39;s
aggressive development strategy of the study, put forward specific strategies to implement
