摘要
近几十年来以来,中国对外贸易获得了迅猛成长。作为国家重要港口城
市,宁波市也取得了前所未有的对外贸易发展业绩,并持续保持着不断进取的
发展势头。进口商品的检验检测工作早已成为贸易过程中的必要环节,而第三
方检测在宁波的对外贸易经济发展、升级中也发挥着不可以替代的重要作用

然而,随着对外贸易环境的日益复杂,以及第三方商检行业内、区域内竞争的
日趋加剧,商检公司的质量管理也变得愈加重要,商检公司也逐渐意识到其业
务操作流程、部门职责与岗位职能、客户需求与满意度等诸多方面与产品质量
密切相关。因此,研究宁波市第三方检验机构的质量管理现状,分析其质量管
理所面临的主要问题,并提出合理有效的对策、建议就显得极具现实意义

本文在总结质量管理的相关理论与方法、阐述第三方检测机构质量管理的
相关概念与模式的基础上,以 T 商检公司宁波分公司的质量管理为个例研究对
象,主要通过该商检公司业务流程分析、顾客满意度调查、内外部审核等三个
方面对其质量管理现状进行调查、理清该公司目前存在的质量管理相关问题、
分析相关的问题产生根源和原因,最后给出了业务流程优化、顾客满意度提
高、内外部审核提升的详细措施来提高公司的质量管理水平,并依据全面质量
管理理论及方法提出公司整体质量管理提升的一些建议和对策

研究成果可以帮助 T 商检公司宁波分公司从业务流程、顾客满意度、内外
审核等多方面入手提高自身的质量管理和整体服务水平,也可为宁波市及全国
商检公司的提高质量管理提供参考措施和经验指导,丰富了第三方商检机构质
量管理的实践研究内容和方法体系

Abstract
In recent decades, China&39;s foreign trade gained rapid growth As a national important port city,
Ningbo city also made a hitherto unknown development of foreign trade performance, and
continuously maintained a momentum of development to continuously improve. Inspection of
import commodities inspection work has been a necessary link in the process of trade, and the third
party inspection in ningbo foreign trade and economic development, upgrade can&39;t also play an
irreplaceable important role. However, with the increasingly complex foreign trade environment,
as well as the increasingly intensified competition in the region of third party inspection , The
quality management of the inspection company has become increasingly important, Commodity
inspection companies are gradually aware of their business processes, departmental duties and job
functions, customer needs and customer satisfaction, and many other aspects closely related to the
quality of the product. Therefore, the research of quality managementt status quo of the third party
inspection in Ningbo, The main problems in the analysis of the quality management, and put
forward reasonable and effective countermeasure and the suggestion is extremely practical
significance.
In this paper, on the basis of summarizing the related theories and methods of quality
management expounds the related concepts and models of the quality managementt of the third
party testing organization,we use the quality management of T inspection company Ningbo branch
as a case study,mainly through three aspects of quality management of the inspection, inclouding
company business process analysis, customer satisfaction survey, internal and external audit and so
on, sort out the company&39;s current problems related to quality management, analysis of the root
causes of the problems and causes.Finally, the paper gives the detailed measures to improve the
quality management level of the company, such as optimize the business process, improve
customer satisfaction, optimize internal and external audit and so on, then base on the theory and
method of total quality management to giving some ideas and countermeasures to improve the total
quality management of this company.
The research results can help the T inspection company Ningbo branch to improve their own
quality management and service level from the business process, customer satisfaction, internal
and external audit and other aspects, but also provide reference and experience guidance measuresIII
to improve the quality management of Ningbo city and inspection company in China, it enriches
the contents and methods of the qualitty management of the third party inspection institution.
